The apartment has a beautiful view facing the lagoon, it is very quiet and very nicely located to get to know Boyaca!!

An excellent place and highly recommended for any plan, due to its location it has multiple things to do and they also have the best view of the lake landscape.

Great home and host. The truth is much better than what you see in the photos. Very nice view and good balcony. All new and very clean. It's spacious. The location is excellent too. The host is a very good person, very gentlemanly and kind, and tries to help you even with things he's not obligated to do; for example, he helped us get an additional parking space to the one that comes with the apartment because we needed it. I recommend them.

Loved the location, it's all over the Downtown Paipa, we had access to the rooftop where we were able to make an asado, Julian is a great host and has a parking area outside the facilities we had access to without any inconvenience. The host was very nice and responsive to any request. I highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is as shown in the photos: very nice, clean, spacious, bright and with a very pleasant atmosphere. It is excellently located, close to everything: restaurants, supermarkets, the lake, an ideal boardwalk to walk and enjoy the scenery. The area is quiet, safe and perfect for walking. The apartment is very well equipped, we had absolutely everything we needed. Care is noted in every detail to make guests feel comfortable. Spacious parking, a heated pool with a great view of the lake, and although it is small, it is very nice because they control access. The host was simply spectacular: very friendly, attentive, patient and always willing to help. He responded very quickly to any concerns and made us feel right at home. We highly recommend it and would definitely come back.

What a spotless place, it is certainly one of the best places we have stayed in Paipa, it totally matches the description, it was also almost new the property. We always count on the host who was attentive to all our requirements. We got the rest we needed ☺️
