this Summerhouse and their hosts were nothing short of spectualr, picturesque and was the perfect place to propose to my girlfriend and I defiantly underestimated the hosts hospitality. the place was so perfect my fiance has decided this is the place to have the wedding. unfortunately for us this place seems too perfect and there will undoubtedly be a long waiting list

Private Cotswolds Barn conversion, Nr Painswick

We had an amazing and very relaxing time at the Bulls cottage. The location is absolutely stunning with a breathtaking view. If you are looking for a peaceful and quiet place to stay, then this is the right one. Within a 10 minute drive into Stroud, you get a wide range of shops, cafe's and public places and parks to visit. The leisure centre in Stroud offers a big playground for children to explore. Worth a visit was the sensory garden plus the walled garden in Stroud. Just a short walk away from the cottage is Juniper Hill with an amazing and stunning view. Lots of public paths invite to explore the area around the cottage. On a rainy day we were able to enjoy the fireplace. On sunny days the outside area is the best place to relax and enjoy your stay with a beautiful sunset over the valley and the hills. Our children (5 and 8 years old) really enjoyed to spot all the farm animals around the cottage. We will definitely come back.

Self-contained annexe in quiet hamlet.

I love staying at the Annex, the accommodation is comfortable and in a lovely, peaceful, location, close to Slimbridge and great birdwatching. I enjoyed the breakfast bread, butter, preserves, cereal, milk, and juice, and Penny is a helpful host and her directions were good and check-in was easy using the lockbox. I will definitely stay again if in the area.

Jenny and Jem’s place is absolutely idyllic! We have stayed in many great AirBnB’s, but the beautiful Apple Loft surpassed them all. Jenny and Jem met us on arrival and they were lovely, and really welcoming. When we first walked into the Apple Loft, it you could see that they had gone the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect in there. The kitchen , bathroom and entire space is beautifully furnished. They had left a variety of lovely extras, prosecco, cider, marshmallows (for toasting on the fire pit), various snacks, chocolate, bread and cereals), plus a fruit basket! Everything has been thought of. However, it’s the amazing view and outside space that really makes this place. It is simply stunning, the birdsong outside is incredible. There is a lovely garden, which leads into a meadow (which houses their sweet pet sheep) and you can wander the fields beyond. The local area is beautiful too, with lovely walks and places to visit. We will absolutely return - wonderful!

C15th Quiet Cotswold Hillside Barn: stunning Views

We loved our stay at Carolyn's cottage. The views are breathtaking and the cottage is very comfortable and well equipped. Very peaceful and private. The woods just across the road are beautiful and really big so you can vary your walks. The pub down the road in the pretty village (15 min walk) is lovely and the food was great. If you're looking for a place to relax, with beautiful views and walks on your doorstep, then this is a perfect place.

Had the most relaxing and wonderful weekend at Marion's cottage! The space looks exactly as advertised - clean, beautiful, and a lovely garden view for a great price. We loved the high quality breakfast foods too! Marion was very thorough with local recommendations, and incredibly accommodating for guests' needs. The location is great - we originally planned to tour the cotswolds, but chose to stay around the local village since it was so beautiful. 10/10!
