João Vitor is the grandson of D. Sandra is the owner of the property. They were very helpful and quick to respond. The house is large and very comfortable, having everything we needed and more. We were greeted with delicious apples typical of the city that is the national capital of fruit. Nice people and a lovely home. I'll definitely be back for the next opportunity. About the Host: as soon as I made the reservation I understood why Miss Andréa is rated as a Super Host. Impeccable kindness, education and proactivity. She spares no effort to ensure guests have a 5-star stay. About the house: it perfectly served our purpose. It is equipped (kitchen, bed, table and bath) with all the necessary items for a short and/or long stay. In addition to having several heaters available, the main faucets (toilet sink and kitchen) are thermal. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Total privacy. Perfect cleanliness and organization. I highly recommend it. We'll be back for sure.

Thanks a lot, we've never been so well cared for in an airbnb, there were toys for my kids. She brought new knives and spoons, we got vegetables picked from the garden. Always very attentive. Everything was perfect

Who received us was Mrs. Nice, Alexandre's wife. About the place: quiet, well located, easy access to the center of Lages. About the house: there are three bedrooms, two double and one with two bunk beds. It has a living room, large bathroom, kitchen and various games to use. In the back there is another well-equipped kitchen (which was the one we used), plus a bathroom and a large space with a pool table that can also be from ping-pong or a dining table. It had two more tables and chairs. It has a hammock to be placed on the garage door. The pool was clean, and just by not having extreme heat, we were able to use it. It was a really nice stay. A Dona Nice is a sweetheart, made us feel at home. I recommend! 🥰🙏🏻✨

Great stay! Gilson and his wife are very friendly and helpful! The village received us with food, pinion and we tasted the delicious honey of our own production. The place and the house are beautiful, my family and I had a wonderful weekend to relax.

Perfect stay, great reception from Joice, Lindomar and Carvão !!They were excellent hosts, the breakfast they offer is more than perfect with products in general, most produced by Joice herself, a colonial cafe delivered to your door (reservation required) The house is cozy, good linens and extremely clean! Place to feel at home, there were 4 of us and it suited us perfectly!For those looking for rest this is the place, a stream next to the house with a perfect sound!! Extremely satisfied with the stay and we intend to return 😍
