The Quintal das Araucárias house is wonderful. We observed impeccable cleanliness when we arrived, the details of organization and decoration also caught our attention. The backyard is beautiful and there is still a risk of leaving loaded with pine nuts. Jaqueline's service was exceptional. She was very attentive and welcoming, as well as flexible about arrival and departure. He gave great tips about the surroundings as well. We'll definitely repeat!

We were delighted with "our house," a space with a beautiful view, quiet and organized. It made all the difference on our trip. The children went fishing and released them in the lake, there were owls, ducks, Luna (dog) who welcomed us and was very affectionate, even the White Shirt "neighbor's pet pig" made our children's experience special. A tree lit with floor fire on the deck was the icing on the cake. There were basic items in the house, such as spices, salt, detergent. Mr. Helio is always attentive when we need him. He gave us pine nuts and plenty of firewood to ward off the cold. We will definitely go back and recommend it.

The house is wonderful! We have a great time as a family! We love it so much and we will take the memories with us for the rest of our lives! The place is beautiful and well isolated, but the kitchen is very well equipped and prepared to cook food for many people! The blankets are super warm and the house is very well prepared so we don't have to work with anything! We love and will come back more often for sure

I loved my stay at this place, Mrs. Luciana was super friendly, gave me tips on where to eat, supermarket next door, pharmacy next door, best of all it's right in the center where the Pinhão Festival is happening, everything is very clean, super comfortable and cozy environment. I believe this evaluation will be valid for everyone. I booked the site with some fear for not having any reviews. The place is very beautiful, well equipped, with a wonderful view. The glass and view double shower is amazing. ( and quite warm) The bathtub is a bathtub, it has no whirlpool, and there are two “skinny” people, I missed a board over the bathtub if you want to take something while you relax. The bed is very soft and comfortable, with good pillows having option of stiffer or softer. The kitchen is well equipped in terms of equipment, (appliances and utensils) but I missed a coffee maker for the value, or a coffee could be provided as a minimum welcome, but all right. I missed more dish cloths, I found one only😅, but it was still enough. In general, the place is worth the accommodation, the place is new, well located, safe, very stylish and comfortable. You even have two Alpacas 🦙 in the nearby super cute hehe

The Cabana is perfect! Super well equipped. We had a wonderful Easter holiday with a lot of peace and an amazing view of the lake. We loved all the details, the very relaxing bathtub and the service with Juliano was super good. The only detail is that there were other dogs around, so we couldn't leave our dogs loose on the street. It's also not completely fenced, so it wasn't possible to leave them on the street. Another detail we didn't like much were some blue lights that turned on inside the cabin: we think they went off when there was movement in the room, but sometimes the flashing blue light was annoying. Apart from that, the rest was fantastic and we will definitely be back!!! Thank you

Thanks a lot, we've never been so well cared for in an airbnb, there were toys for my kids. She brought new knives and spoons, we got vegetables picked from the garden. Always very attentive. Everything was perfect

Who received us was Mrs. Nice, Alexandre's wife. About the place: quiet, well located, easy access to the center of Lages. About the house: there are three bedrooms, two double and one with two bunk beds. It has a living room, large bathroom, kitchen and various games to use. In the back there is another well-equipped kitchen (which was the one we used), plus a bathroom and a large space with a pool table that can also be from ping-pong or a dining table. It had two more tables and chairs. It has a hammock to be placed on the garage door. The pool was clean, and just by not having extreme heat, we were able to use it. It was a really nice stay. A Dona Nice is a sweetheart, made us feel at home. I recommend! 🥰🙏🏻✨
