It consists of a residential house (ours), an independent cottage with private outdoor courtyard for your peace of mind, one hectare of meadow in the immediate vicinity with a vegetable garden. Far from urban life and close to the essentials, you will enjoy a place as close as possible to nature: hiking, river... The sofa bed is located in the living room which does not have a concealing system.

Our small house (23 m2 studio) is located between St Félicien and St Victor, surrounded by nature, it will allow you to recharge your batteries and enjoy nature. 3 km from the village, you will find shops, markets, tourist office. The area is perfect for outdoor activities. You'll love the place because of its unobstructed view of the Ardèche mountains and Vercors. It will be perfect for couples or solo travelers, for a moment of serenity or hiking.

Recharge in the pilat

A cozy apartment of 50 m2 where you feel good. Kitchen lounge with fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, hob hob,tv, wifi,wifi and private terrace. You have independent access. Double bedroom 140x190 cm and bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. Bed linen and towels included. Ideal if you like the countryside, hiking, picking ripe mushrooms etc. Perfect also for cross-country skiing enthusiasts because access area 100M from the house.

Restored old attic

Located near a fortified house and a typical farmhouse in northern Ardèche, this cottage will seduce you with its quiet setting and exceptional views. It consists of a vaulted living room, a bedroom with a mezzanine connected by an external staircase. The cottage is surrounded by a garden and two terraces where it is pleasant to be in the summer. A hiking trail adjoins the property and the small road leading to the dovecote ends in a cul-de-sac.

Le Refuge du Loir

Small mountain house located 860 meters above sea level in the heart of an ecological project. The Refuge du Loir is 40 meters from our house and is accessed by a private path from the parking lot. There is a very large terrace to enjoy the view and the sun and everything you need inside for a good stay! PS: Following many negative comments about the road, we specify that this is a bumpy road but passable by car!

"Le Gabelou" studio

Ground floor apartment for 2 people, offering optimal comfort: bedroom (140 x 190 cm bed) with walk-in shower, equipped kitchen, living room with sofa and secure room for bicycles. Shops (food, bakery) 2 steps away. Separate entrance with key box. Sheets and towels provided (for 2 people) Extra charge: child's cot, sofa bed for 2 people and single bed, €15 per bed (sheets and towels).

Maison Ardéchoise Rénovée "Panaye"

Newly renovated old house of 75 m2, in the countryside. The house has a large living room with open kitchen to the living room; a closed bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, one floor with two single beds, ideal for children. A bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. Outside, a wooden terrace, table and large umbrella, electric barbecue, and a lot of land.
