Very nice and complete apartment, located west of the center of Maringá, we were warmly welcomed by Simara, everything was clean and organized, certainly one of the best we've ever been to!

Great apartment, good location, fair value, everything as described in the listing, the only observation is about the garage, which is very narrow, if it is a sedan car it is complicated to maneuver, I left my car in front of the building, quiet neighborhood, I had no problems, but apart from that it is a great rental, I recommend it.

Great residence, clean and cozy and with an impeccable service. Of the environments in which I stayed in Maringá this one of the best. Congratulations João for the residence and service.
