Brand new apartment. In the bedroom is a double bed, in the living room is a pull-out sofa. Perfect for 1 or 2 people. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from downtown. The area around the house is a safe, parking fee-free zone. The hospital is 6 minutes on foot, but the city center is easily accessible on foot, comfortably 15 minutes. Most of the city attractions are within walking distance. Maps and tourist info is provided. The apartment has all the basic amenities needed for you to have a comfortable rest and it is maintained and cleaned regularly. Under the apartment is daily bar with ocassional acustic events on weekend.
