We truly enjoyed our stay at your transient home. The place was beautiful—clean, spacious, and had a very homey atmosphere. The amenities were complete, and the overall experience was relaxing. Communicating with Myla was very easy and she was always very quick to respond. Loved the pool...the frogs around were a surprise though. The rooms looked bigger in the pictures but we enjoyed that there were TVs in all of the rooms and karaoke by the pool and upstairs. We got a little lost looking for the place as it was a bit away from the other houses.

We had an amazing stay! The place is beautiful, very clean, and spacious, exactly as shown in the listing. It truly exceeded our expectations. The caretaker, Rhein was incredibly accommodating and kind, always ready to help with anything we needed. The amenities and equipment in the house were complete, which made our stay very convenient and comfortable. Clarisse was also very kind and thoughtful, even surprising us with a welcome gift! The entire family really enjoyed the stay and had a great time. The place is not only solid in terms of beauty, but also in comfort and functionality. Highly recommended!

TRUE HOME away from home! ✨🏡 We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. We were able to relax and celebrate my birthday. 🎉 Good laughs, good foods and memories as a family. Super enjoy din kami sa swimming pool. The place also looks exactly like the photos. So comfortable and clean, cozy linens, well-stocked kitchen, plus PET-FRIENDLY.🐶 The room’s air conditioners are working really well. ❄️ Mam Jannette is absolutely amazing! She’s responsive, very kind and helpful making sure our stay was perfect. Thank you for your home and for such a wonderful experience. We stayed at La Prima for an overnight stay but the value we got was definitely more than what we paid for. Starting from the village gate the guards are very courteous when they were assisting us. The unit can easily be located. Check in process is a breeze. Upon entry, the house smelled clean and already felt homey. Bathrooms are clean and the master bedroom is really cozy. The hosts are very responsive with every inquiry that we had. We really loved their place. The minimalist interior is so relaxing and there are no clutter.

Just got home from a truly wonderful weekend at Wayan House. Everything in the house is high quality and immaculate. The pool, dining and kitchen area are so well designed and it was such a great place to celebrate my birthday. We were lucky enough to extend our stay and will certainly be back in the future - thank you and see you again soon!

The place was very convenient and just beside SM City Sta. Rosa, which made everything easily accessible. The host was responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

My early check-in request was approved immediately by their team and checking in was a breeze. Huge space, perfect for a family trip or a couple date. SM Sta. Rosa is just a 3 minute walk from the place. Highly recommended!

Host was very precise with instructions and very friendly. The place was very relaxing and my whole family enjoyed the stay and rested well. Food was also very convenient if you dont have the time to go out. They have very affirdable meals available. We rested very well in our 3 days 2 nights stay. affordable. accessible. as in katabi lang ng EK. malapit lang din sa Walter Mart, madami na din resto sa loob. As for the unit, sakto lang for a family of 4. complete amenities. pwede mag luto, may ref inside, may elec kettle, may hot shower. towels and toiletries were provided too. and malinis yung unit pag dating namin. madami din piilows. As for the host, Miciel is very accommodating. Responsive. kami nga yung di naka reply agad. nag text sya sa cp. mag send din ng reminders before check in and check out of the unit.

This airbnb has everything! Walking distance to SM Santa Rosa. Friendly guards. The hosts are also responsive to inquiries. Clear instructions were given. Fresh linen and towels. Clean bathroom. They also provide slippers for you to wear inside the unit. The neighborhood is also quiet. Fast internet. You can also enjoy watching netflix. I can’t wait to book this unit again soon!
