The house's rear living area offers the perfect place to unwind and overlooks the pool. Easily explore the local area, with La Barrosa beach just five minutes away and a nature park across the street.

The Fountains of Barrosa

A place to come and disconnect. Soak in the southern Spain sun with a sangria by the pool, minutes walking from the beach, grill on the bbq, or experience some of the restaurants around the area. At night you will relax with the tranquility of the neighbourhood, or if you prefer you are minutes away to the night life. Other activities we love to do are walking along the beach watching a sunset, or around the pinewood, eat outside, and go golfing to the multiple courses we have in the area.

Chalet on a 500-meter plot, with the best artificial grass, distributed in a porch with access to a glazed house, living room, full kitchen, three full bathrooms, one of them outside, living room with security door to the garden, three bedrooms, the main one with an interior bathroom. Air conditioning throughout the house. In the private pool area, there is an outdoor kitchen with dining room and charcoal barbecue and gas fire, fully complete. The house has Wi-Fi, linens, and towels.

At the back is the pool with barbecue and awnings We have another similar house on AIRBNB, VILLA PLAYA. The price is for 4 bedrooms, the 5th has an extra cost of €50 per night
