Beautiful villa near the beach in the Roche, Conil (Cadiz) We rent all year round (for fortnights in July and August) and can accommodate up to 8 people. There is WiFi Internet and Netflix Plus, 2 smart TVs, one 70'' screen. The house, 150 m2 (200 including terraces) and 600 m2 of garden, is a typical Andalusian tile construction totally and perfectly equipped and decorated with style, for maximum comfort and enjoyment. It is only 50 meters from the beach. So close that you can go barefoot.

The house is situated in a pine forest area with large plots. It is a quiet area where only the birds are heard since the paths are dead-end and only the people we live here pass by. It is ideal for spending a few days authentic resting. We are halfway from the village and the beach, about 3 km each, and very close to large supermarkets, restaurants, etc... Near the house there are walking paths and a large public pine forest with facilities for sports or picnics.

The internet connection is fiber optic (600Mb/s). The house is in a pine forest area and 100 meters from the beach. It is minimalist and very comfortable. To ensure accessibility, we arranged the main double bedroom with a 150cm bed with an en-suite bathroom and another bedroom with a 135cm double bed on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a bathroom and 2 bedrooms; one with 2 beds and the other with a trundle bed (2 singles) and a double bed.

Beautiful villa with a large garden area. The house consists of three double bedrooms, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a living room. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan. The garden area has a large patio and parking area. It also has a private saltwater pool with a solarium area and bubble area, an outdoor shower, and a toilet. Gas barbecue, charcoal barbecue and paella available. Just a 12 minute drive to the beach.

Country house on Chiclana Beach

It is a 40 m² rural house on a 500 m² plot with 17 stone pine trees that give the feeling of being in a private forest. It is decorated with great care and attention. It's a quiet place, but very close to supermarkets, restaurants, and leisure areas of Chiclana. The house is 3.5 km from La Barrosa beach, Santi Petri and El Novo. A barbecue and play area for children.
