There is WiFi Internet and Netflix Plus, 2 smart TVs, one 70'' screen. The house, 150 m2 (200 including terraces) and 600 m2 of garden, is a typical Andalusian tile construction totally and perfectly equipped and decorated with style, for maximum comfort and enjoyment. House strategically located between the most beautiful villages on the Costa de la Luz; CONIL, VEJER, BARBATE and ZAHARA DE LOS ATUNES. Two minutes from Barbate and close to supermarkets such as Lidl Maxi-dia and Aldi. The house is located in a rural area where cork oaks and pine trees abound. It is located on a plot shared with two other houses. Each of them has its own individual, fenced area with privacy. Only the access area is shared.

Very quiet area, and with easy access to the village and beaches. The house has a barbecue, picnic area, and a fully fenced swimming pool (round 4.80 × 1.22). Free Wi-Fi.
