Vacation rentals in Pagliano

Maria Teresa et son fils ont été d'excellents conseils pour la restauration, comme pour les visites à faire de villages (mais il y a aussi pleins de musées aussi à visiter), les randonnées sublimes à faire dans cette région...bref d'excellents conseils. Malheureusement sur une semaine nous n'avons pas pu tout visiter mais nous en avons pris plein les yeux déjà :) il nous aurait fallu plus d'une semaine sur place. L'accueil, tout comme notre départ auront été très chaleureux avec Maria Teresa que nous remercions bien fort pour nous avoir permis de découvrir cette région magnifique ! La maison est isolée et la nuit il règne un calme magistral, cette maison est idéale pour se ressourcer et faire le plein de détente. La maison est conforme aux photos du site, le champs d'oliviers est sublime. Pas de pollution lumineuse la nuit non plus, un vrai bonheur. Bref, que de belles images imprimées dans nos rétines. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Encore merci et peut être à une prochaine :)

Der Loft war sehr schön eingerichtet und genauso wie auf den Fotos. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Lage ist super zentral – und in nur ca. 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch Filippo und sein Team: Bei Fragen oder Anliegen haben sie immer schnell und hilfsbereit reagiert. Die Unterkunft war außerdem sehr sauber. Klare Empfehlung

Vi havde et helt fantastisk ophold hos Kristy og James. De var meget imødekommende og venlige, havde en masse gode forslag til hvad man kunne se og lave i området samt var yderst hjælpsomme og fleksible. Huset lå flot med udsigt som det ses på billederne, dvs på landet men ganske tæt på den hyggelige lille by Mogliano. Swimmingpoolen var et stort plus for vores børn der brugte den næsten hver dag. Lejligheden var, som billederne viser, hyggeligt og autentisk indrettet og med veludstyret køkken. Et plus for vores familie var også deres dejlige og meget børnevenlige hund, Bandit. Vi håber selv at komme igen en anden gang og kan kun anbefale andre et ophold hos Kristy og James.

An incredible home, beautifully designed and restored. Rob and Illonka were both friendly, fun, and very caring for us. They came to help us when we had car trouble and always gave us fantastic recommendations for everything from parking lots to wonderful restaurants. The property is beautiful and so peaceful. There are plenty of towns and cities close by to visit, our favorites being Assisi, Gubbio, and Perugia. A car is a must, and this home has cylindrical stairs, so not good for anyone wobbly on their feet.

Definitely recommend! Sabina and Monica were incredibly helpful hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. The cottage was spacious, comfortable and warm and was in a great location. Thanks for such a great stay!

L’appartamento è davvero incantevole e spazioso, molto ben curato nell’estetista e nell’ arredamento. Lo abbiamo trovato molto pulito. Siamo stati sorpresi di averlo trovato attrezzato di tutto quello che ci potesse servire. Davvero molto al di sopra delle nostre aspettative. La casa ha una vista incantevole, in posizione molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Ottima base per esplorare in auto i dintorni. Letti davvero comodi, due bagni attrezzati di tutto. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Davvero grazie di cuore per la straordinaria ospitalità. Tocco finale. Abbiamo un bimbo di 6 anni ed è stato molto bello scoprire letture nuove anche per lui, presenti in casa e a disposizione degli ospiti. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.

Abbiamo soggiornato da Vinci e sua figlia durante le ferie pasquali. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, posizione strategica per visitare Perugia e Assisi. L'accoglienza è stata calorosa, addirittura ci hanno offerto due torte fatte in casa durante il nostro soggiorno. Le due host sono state anche molto disponibili a darci consigli per i ristoranti tipici in cui cenare. L'appartamento è nuovo, luminoso, pulito e rispecchia bene le foto. Alla nostra partenza ci è stata anche regalata una marmellata buonissima fatta in casa. Soggiorno consigliatissimo

A really peaceful and quiet place among olive trees, you are literally on top if everyone else. Montecchio is 2km away, you can get some basic groceries there, there's a pharmacy and a good restaurant. The road to the house is now covered in concrete, so you don't need to worry about renting an SUV to drive there. All the amenities are there, the kitchen is very well stacked, plenty of appliances and cookware. The pool is not large, but well maintained, a pool guy visits every few days. The house is also cool downstairs even during heatwaves as it's half underground, we didn't even need the AC (which is a ridiculous 15€/day, if you need it). The only downside is uncomfortable beds...
