the house is in accordance with the description and the attached photos. the cleanliness is maintained, the facilities are also complete. unfortunately the main room ac feels a bit hot, even though it's been set to the lowest temperature. however, each room is equipped with ac so it's not a problem.

We really enjoyed staying at this house – it’s comfy and peaceful. It’s close to lots of places, and the host was super helpful. The Smart TV was great for chilling with the kids inside. AC was nice and cold, the place had everything we needed, and it was clean and well taken care of. Thanks a lot, awesome stay!

We stayed for one month and had a wonderful experience! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. All the essentials were provided — including towels, shampoo, toiletries, quality cookware, and cleaning products — which made our long stay very convenient. The building has a gym that opens at 6 AM, which was a great bonus, and AEON BSD Mall is within walking distance — super convenient for shopping and dining. There’s also a mosque about a 15-minute walk away, perfect for Jumu'ah prayers. The host was kind, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. I truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely recommend this place. Thank you again!

With the minimalis design the apartment is more practical and roomy for the whole family . And facing east this unit soaks with beautiful morning sunshine. My husband and I had always used the balcony to get the morning sunshine for our natural vit D ! 😃The beds are comfortable, Internet connection is fast. When I texted Ellis because the bidet sprayer was broken she replied instantly and told me to get it fixed the next following day. The only down side was the bin bag was too thin and too small for kitchen waste usage. Overall we satisfied stayed in this unit and Ellis had been a very friendly and accommodating.

Nice apartment in the upscale residential tower. AEON Mall is within walking distance, as well as beautiful views of BSD City. Overall, I was very satisfied, the communication was very good and accommodating.

The place feels homey and comfortable, love the navy accent. But please keep up for adding details.

the apartment unit is as pictured, very clean, the design makes the children very happy, we can use all the facilities in the apartment and the staff from San Living are very responsive and helpful whenever there are questions or requests from us, access to the mall is also very very close, just go down from the apartment and directly enter the mall Thank you so much for the cozy,clean and beautiful view of the residence during 5D4N

The location is also strategic, close to restaurants and public transportation. The host is friendly and responsive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.
