The place was lovely and at a peaceful and beautiful location. the river flows just behind the house and you can see amazing subsets from the back porch. the pool is obviously the highlight of the place which was well maintained and clean. the location is a bit interior but worth it if you are looking for a scenic stay. the caretakers are really Friendly and will book you an auto from your stay with prior request. Would definitely recommend you to stay her for more than a day away from the hustle of the city !!

"We had an amazing stay at Minusha's flat. The apartment was exactly as described - clean, modern, and stylishly decorated. The location was perfect for exploring with plenty of restaurants and public transportation options just a short walk away. The flat was equipped with everything we needed, including a fully-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a spacious living area. Minusha was a fantastic host, providing us with detailed instructions and recommendations for the area. The place was amazing. The view ofthe sea was something you will never forget. The home was very welcoming and everything was taken care of. There were sufficient mattresses, pillows, blankets and the place was clean and tidy. Balcony and verandah had enough chairs to sit comfortably. The whole place is well maintained and taken care of. Highly recommend! 😊

The patio is 10 steps away from the beach. The place is exactly as described in the listing. There were minimalistic but thoughtful amenities provided to make the stay very comfortable. Our stay was made lovelier by Kamala (the caretaker/cook) and her family's undivided attention. They were caring but non-intrusive. We had all the meals in the premise itself. The beach itself provided for a lot of activities. The stray dogs were very aggressive, carrying a stick helped. Other than that, the neighbourhood is quiet but not deserted.

It was a joy staying at Praveena’s place . Very peaceful neighbourhood and good facilities.Praveena was very friendly and always responsive and even arranged for our car to get cleaned . Definitely recommended and we will of course stay here again .

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Vaibhav's property. The house was impeccable and grand, with very friendly and hospitable property caretakers. Loved our stay there and would highly recommend this place.

A simple bedroom features two spacious beds with light green linens. Natural light fills the room through a window adorned with orange curtains. A small wooden mirror is positioned beside the window, and two transparent chairs are placed near the wall.

Mr ganpati and his family were very friendly. I had a great time. Reach the location before 7 pm as you will not have network other than bsnl at the location. The food and place was really nice. I enjoyed my stay and wait to be back.

Great place for a relaxed and laid back vacation, especially if you are with a family. The location is decent and can be accessed quickly from the highway. However, it is a little away from Udupi city (expected) which makes accessing restaurants a little difficult. We found a good option at the toll gate (Mayura) which is 2km away. There's a ferry terminal 5min away from the property using which you can cross over to the beach nearby (even with your car) and I'd totally recommend this. The property manager recommended this and we totally enjoyed the experience. We didn't use the pool at the property since it was almost always raining when we got there. It was a little dirty with fallen leaves because of the rain but the caretaker cleaned it up as soon as we arrived. The caretaker was extremely helpful as well. Overall, we enjoyed the experience. We did feel like the price could be slightly lower than what we paid in Airbnb but it's not bad.
