The stay at Luana's accommodation was excellent! Extremely comfortable, with new appliances and working perfectly. Well-equipped house, air conditioning in the living room and the air conditioning in the bedrooms with excellent power.

I had an excellent stay at Christiane’s place. The apartment is in immaculate condition. Very clean and organized. The view of the ocean is really relaxing and the building has a lot of useful amenities as well. The location is in a secure neighborhood with things like pharmacies, gyms, restaurants, and the beach near by. Christiane is very easy to communicate with and quick to respond as well. If ever in Sao Luis again, I would love to stay here another time and I highly recommend Christiane’s place for anyone thinking of coming to Sao Luis.

Technology is everything, the digital lock 100% facilitates the lives of the guests. The cleaning is amazing, nor does it appear to be a property that is rented frequently. Condomínio com mercadinho and swimming-pool. Please note: Installing a hot shower will help a lot on the cooler days.

The apartment is close to an avenue well served by markets, restaurants and services. New apartment, furnished to the exact measure for a quiet and comfortable stay. We were 3 adults and the accommodation met our needs. The Condominium has a 24-hour mini-market with a lot of variety and basic necessities. Fair prices. Elcimar was always helpful and even allowed us a late check-out.

We love our experience at Panaquatira Beach, very nice, calm, quiet. Daniele is a great host, she welcomed us very well and always answered our questions. Its apt is very well planned, all very well organized and many items available for guests. My family liked it a lot and I tbm, recommend!

Overall, the accommodations are very good, a nice and clean hambient. The host responds quickly and politely.

The house matches everything in the listing. Mr. José and his wife are also great hosts. They inform in detail everything that is available in the house. All 3 bedrooms have fans and a bathroom, one bathroom reversible. And in a room (which, by the way, is very large) it has air-conditioning. There is a garden outside and all the utensils for your stay. Great home for those going with the family. Very airy, quiet and super clean space. For those looking for privacy, it's a great option. Everything works great. We were only concerned about the lack of water in the faucets that took longer than expected (I had already been informed of the lack of water in the place), but the water tank was full and met all the needs until the water returned to the faucets. We also informed you about the defrost of the refrigerator that was thawing on its own, and Mr. José has already been fixed. What's more, our stay was wonderful. Ahh, and it's close to Raposa beach. Super recommend!

Our stay was great! We stayed 4 days, the place had everything we needed, the kitchen is super complete, although it only has a minibar, we were able to store everything we needed and it cooled super well! Everything was clean, smellsy and organized! The hosts are very kind, welcoming, were flexible with our arrival, were ready for any need! The place is super spacious, with a large area with a shared pool, and very quiet, we felt at home!

Second time staying in Marcos's condominium, a place where my family and I always have good times! Next to the beach and a very cool pool!!! We will return soon!!

Cristiane was a super helpful host! We needed to book with less than 24 hours' notice due to an unforeseen event, and she responded very quickly and willingly, organizing everything to welcome us in the best possible way. Always quick to respond and very clear in the information, check-in and check-out were practical and smooth. I was especially pleased with the ease of all communication. The kitchen has more basic utensils, such as a few pots, which can be a point of attention for longer stays, but in our case, as it was a short stay and we ate out most days, it was not a problem. Overall, everything as advertised. I recommend it!

We had a great stay. The place is very, very cozy, clean, comfortable, close to beautiful beaches. The condominium is very organized and safe. All kitchen and laundry utensils worked very well. The hostess was very attentive and answered all our questions. The only misfortune was that the microwave was not working on the day of arrival, but it was later resolved by the hostess. We didn't use the pool, but it was there, beautiful and available. Nothing but praise. I'd definitely be back.
