Our vacation wouldn't be the same without the family moments we spent at Carlos and Ariadnne's place. Very careful with the details of the house, with a complete structure that fully met our needs at Christmas dinner and moments with the children. We'll be back and we'll definitely recommend it

Mari is a sweetheart, super helpful! He gave us all the necessary instructions and even more so that we had a good stay. The property is identical to the photos advertised, very cozy and comfortable and everything was very clean and organized (it even smelled good!) We had some unforeseen events due to the tide, but nothing that a little patience couldn't overcome. The location in relation to the sea is perfect, literally on the sand; now in relation to the trendiest part of the island and the center it is a little distant. We wanted to rest, so it was perfect! I recommend it with my eyes closed!

The house is super comfortable, spacious, airy, has the necessary items for a great stay. The bathrooms are spacious, with good showers and everything is clean. The most amazing part of the house is the outdoor area and the ocean view. The environment is super quiet and we still had the support of the caretaker, Mr. Carlos, who helped with everything and still always made us feel at ease. The place is simply perfect for accommodating large groups and is super quiet for accessing other locations, such as the historic center of São Luís and its beaches. You can rent that the experience is worth a lot. Another positive point is the air-conditioning, all of which works perfectly and this creates extra comfort. The kitchen is also well equipped and there was enough crockery.

We loved our stay. For those who want peace and quiet, this is the right place. Organized, clean and cozy, just like the host. So, I appreciate your attention and kindness. I'll be sure to return as soon as I can.

My stay was super peaceful!!The apartment is in a family condominium, the neighbors and doormen are kind! The apartment was very clean and organized, everything was quiet. The host Emanuelle is very kind and polite, she was always available to help, and was very understanding and polite with a small unforeseen event that I had. I highly recommend the apartment and host!!!

We had a great stay. The place is very, very cozy, clean, comfortable, close to beautiful beaches. The condominium is very organized and safe. All kitchen and laundry utensils worked very well. The hostess was very attentive and answered all our questions. The only misfortune was that the microwave was not working on the day of arrival, but it was later resolved by the hostess. We didn't use the pool, but it was there, beautiful and available. Nothing but praise. I'd definitely be back.

Tany's place is super clean and organized and very but very cozy. The village needed this refuge and her little house brought this welcome. The view of the beach is beautiful,the coastal avenue has plenty of restaurants,cafes, outdoor activities,already on the avenue of the Dutch about 10 minutes from the building,you can find market,pharmacy,shopping malls,gyms,all very close too. Great location for those who like to walk because everything is close. Tany was requested and quick in the replies every time I need to get in touch. Finally, São Luiz is a jewel,a beautiful place!
