Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Pacé

An fabulous apartment in a beautiful example of the local timber-frame architecture. The condition of the rooms and furnishings are exactly as they appear in the photos. I would absolutely recommend this property (and will be). I would point out (for information only) that there can be street noise on some nights. (There are disposable earplugs provided by Michaël which is very thoughtful). Most nights during my stay were fine and remarkably quiet though. Also as this is an historic building there are quirks like the spiral staircase and uneven timber flooring in the access hall. For me this was part of its authentic charm but if you have mobility issues factor this in. Michaël was a professional throughout. I had a hiccup with my travel arrangements on the day, so my arrival was a couple of hours later than planned for. Michaël was responsive throughout and accommodated my changed arrival without issue. This was deeply appreciated (having endured a stressful afternoon).

My stay was perfect. The accommodation perfectly matched the listing, and it is in (in my opinion) the best area of Rennes for a vacation/discovery stay. Eric was in constant communication and everything went well, for check-in, stay and checkout. I would highly recommend it.

Beautiful apartment right in the center of Dinan. Ann-Katherin was wonderful as a host and made us feel right at home with excellent suggestions of restaurants and activities in the area.

The apartment is located on the second floor of the house. It is spacious, quiet, clean. I recommend it.

Very clean, well-equiped studio in the heart of the historic center. Easy 15 minute walk from the train station. Very quiet as it faces a courtyard and not the street. Easy check out. (Only cautionary note is accessing the bed requires a ladder climb up to a low-ceiling loft, which for anyone with mobility issues would be a challenge.) Finally, appreciated the personal greeting and timely communication with the host Valerie. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the property for two days to explore St. Malo, Le Mont Saint Michel, Dinard, Dinan and Dol from here. Everything was super clean and Claudine was very nice. She even provided us with some products for our breakfast. Thank you!

"We found the accommodation ideally central and easily accessible, with the huge advantage of a two-person parking space. The interior is tastefully decorated, and the rooms are both spacious and very comfortable. The house is extremely well-equipped, from the kitchen to the bathroom to the bedrooms. Great hospitality from Franck who was lovely to us! The accommodation is even more beautiful than the photos as well as its exterior (garden, barbecue). The bedding is very comfortable and the beds spacious. I recommend it for a stay with friends or even family. We mix the old and the modern in a relaxing and pleasant setting where the living is good.

What a wonderful place to stay - if you’re looking for a unique place to stay that is quiet and so relaxing, this is your spot. The hosts are so friendly with wonderful recommendations, and the house is exactly as described. The hosts were so accommodating to the times we needed and even when flight and rental car delays occurred, they were flexible to accommodate us. Highly recommend!

We had a delightful stay of 6 days. Lovely outlook from the deck. Easy walk to supermarket. Pretty strolls around the canals. 10 minutes to walk into town and the sights. Easy parking too. Everything worked. Would love to stay there again.

Great stay at Zabeth and Pascal's. Nice personal reception, with explanation of the excellent equipment and the area. Refrigerator filled with soft drinks, yogurt, butter, jam, etc. Furthermore, sufficient coffee is available, including for the Dolce Gusto. Apartment is very tasteful and trendy. The apartment is located on a dead-end street, close to the city center. Therefore, it is very quiet in the street and no noise nuisance. These superhosts with their beautiful 2 private apartments, are definitely recommended. Thanks for the super nice stay. R&R

The apartment is very comfortable, clean and quiet, we stayed there for a family weekend and it matched the description well. Maëlys was very responsive to messages, and the exchanges were pleasant and caring.

Dinan is a beautiful place to stay there for a few days. The location of the apartment is perfect. You can walk to the historic old town in 3 minutes, where there are great shops and restaurants. The apartment is cleaned and very well equipped! However, it should perhaps be mentioned that this is obviously not a pure apartment, as there are also private belongings in the cabinets (including wardrobe,bathroom). It was no problem for us, though. Absolute plus: a parking space in the underground parking space! The contact with Régis was very kind and uncomplicated. We can definitely recommend the apartment! 😊👍

We had a nice stay at Daouia's, who is very kind. The apartment is easy to access and the instructions given by Daouia before check-in were very clear. Upon arrival we had a small welcome basket and water was available. The accommodation is very well equipped. Thank you Daouia for this stay.

Have a great stay at Philip's. The apartment smelled very good, that's really what struck me when I opened the door. Philippe encountered a small problem before my arrival, but he did what it took to resolve it quickly, without it impacting my stay or me having to deal with it. Thanks to him!

We had a great time at Pauline's place. Everything was perfect, we absolutely do not regret taking this accommodation. Pauline is great, she has great tips for local activities, and was very attentive before, after and during the stay. In short, no complaints, we would recommend this accommodation a thousand percent.
