It was a magical experience. Butterflies, birds, and various plants and animals coexisted in such a beautiful and harmonious way. The space was perfect for getting work done, and there was a lovely café with a great view just across the street — ideal for enjoying some peaceful time. The thoughtful and kind hosts went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout my stay, always keeping the place spotlessly clean. Privacy was also excellent, allowing me to fully relax and enjoy the serene atmosphere. A truly special place where nature, kindness, and care come together.

Staying with Apple and Toshi was one of the most peaceful and memorable experiences I’ve had on my journey. From the moment I arrived, they treated me like family. They picked me up from the airport with a warm welcome and even greeted me with a refreshing organic lemonade tonic that set the tone for the rest of my stay. Their property is incredibly clean, serene, and surrounded by nature. They provided me with a bike that led to a beautiful ride through the local landscape, and the access to jungle walks nearby was absolutely breathtaking. But the real highlight? The food. Every single meal they prepared was made with such love and care absolutely phenomenal! You can taste the quality and intention in every bite and a lot of their ingredients were from their garden. Apple and Toshi are kind, attentive, and genuinely care about your experience. If you’re looking for a peaceful, authentic Chiang Mai stay with amazing hosts, look no further. I left feeling recharged, grateful, & happy

Such a beautiful and peaceful place. Naphat and her team went above and beyond- finding me massages, providing babysitting services, cooking tasty meals even getting me medicine when I got sick (respiratory bug caught on plane) . Highly recommend

Highlight of our time in North Thailand! Our stay here in Pai was magical & Pimanchaya’s property was the highlight for us. We felt right at home in this beautiful place, our kids included. The gardens, outdoor bath & hot springs were much appreciated & the peace felt here is just what we needed after long term traveling. The inclusions for kids are amazing & there is always something for them to do/play with - they had the best time. We wanted to spend as much time enjoying the house as we did the area of Pai. We would recommend this property to all family & friends & and we will definitely be back again as a family who now have very fond memories of this place. Sad to say goodbye! I proposed to my girlfriend here! That’s how I love this place. Step out of the balcony and a breathtaking view with mountains, rice fields and traditional Thai houses will greet you. The modern architecture of Floating Villa itself blends well into the surrounding landscape. The house is spacious and well-equipped - you get exactly what is seen in the photos. Last but not least, my thanks to the host Pran for her hospitality and helpfulness before and during my stay. I appreciate the attentiveness both with me and my proposal planner which made everything went smoothly.

This cozy Thai Cottage is a little gem with a great location for exploring Chiang Mai. Ben was very responsive and helpful. And I can't say enough about how kind and efficient the maid was. Name Hom (not sure that spelling is correct!) She cleaned every day and often brought fruit, avocados and a lovely good-bye gift. Felt well taken care of and loved having the peacefulness of this place to come home to. Thank you

It’s such a unique experience staying at this mountain-view “camping-vibe” dome room/house. The host was very responsive, kind, and friendly to us. The view was amazing, I had not only a great time there also a memorable getaway trip outside of Chiang Mai city. It would be much better if there were clearer guidance or more accurate address in English/Thai of this location. The grab ride was like 850b one way to get there or back to Nimman. Love this place!!!

our stay at the villa was everything as described. it is an amazing place tucked in a rural setting. This was where our challenge laid. the villa was amazing, sadly Chang Mai was not the right choice for us. We sadly chose to leave early. however the entire transaction was nothing short of amazing and respectful. I would highly recommend this experience to those seeking a quiet escape. We are grateful for all the efforts that went into accommodating and facilitating our change of direction. We once again wish to thank Sirapatson and the Air B&B team for everything they did to help us find an incredible out come for our holiday!
