L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

Welcome to Pagliarilandia, the small vacation home surrounded by nature. Located in the Vona Valley at an altitude of about 1000 meters, in San Pietro (Pajare locality), which is part of the municipality of Borgo Val di Taro, in the province of Parma, in the Emilia-Romagna region. Val Vona is typical for its unspoiled nature, rich in natural beauty: Lago Buono with its typical flora, beech clearings, centuries-old chestnut groves, carved cliffs, hazel trees, and junipers.

Single stone house

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation, or with friends you can organize barbecues, parties and stay all together in a single recently renovated stone house. The house has been renovated with the most modern systems and is equipped with solar panels, thermal insulation, and new windows. It is also equipped with a charging station for electric cars. The house is cozy and combines elements of modernity while maintaining its authenticity and simplicity.

In an oasis of peace and tranquility, surrounded by unspoiled nature, we rent a small rustic mountain villa that is part of an ancient fief of the castle of Belforte (in Borgo Val di Taro), completely renovated while maintaining an ancient state of preservation. It enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the Taro valley up to the Ligurian mountains. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.
