Alma and her daughter Arantza were extremely hospitable, lovely and amazing guides. The place is extraordinary, clean and very quite. The area is ideal to explore the volcano park. Alma and her daughter took as on a tour and hike through the park, we learned so many things and had such a good time! thank you so much again! highly recommend <3

It's definitely a spectacular place and we'd stay right there again. Communication with the host was always good. He was attentive to our stay, there was hot water the whole time, it has everything you need to stay for several days, the view is amazing and the cleanliness and condition of the furniture is impeccable. Recommended 100% The place was very cozy and we felt right at home. ♥️

Karina's place is a great option to rest and at the same time be in contact with nature. On the same street you can find Popocatépetl in front, beautiful view. The house was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It has a very large garden to enjoy with the family or as a couple. I'll definitely be back!

Uziel's attention from the beginning to the end. The house is very warm even though the weather is cold over there, very good style and finishes. The attention of the caretaker Ray is also very good and supported you by any homework. They should only be scheduled for their visits and let the hr know they'll be doing their tour to feed the dogs and the gardening they do. For everything else, the stay and the care they gave us was excellent. I recommend it!

Susana, thank you so much for the stay, the place is amazing for what we wanted from family coexistence, the experience with the wonderful campfire, all the great rooms and the service of the amazing girls, super cute, from Ranchero Benito, super friendly and always willing!! We really had an incredible family year end.. the pool theme was great, I didn't expect how nice we were and in relation to the space it was magnificent, we were all amazing, in a few words the experience of 10!!! Thank you very much

The place and the stay was very relaxing, the host was very attentive. The well-preserved pool and water and at its point. We would definitely go back again. As observation I think being a place that can accommodate up to 8 people the refrigerator would be nice when it had greater capacity. ;)

The house inside is incredible, it has everything you need so you don't have to go anywhere, the layout of the rooms is excellent and it is thanks to that that they are kept at a good temperature at night despite the heat of the day. The pool is cold water is not heated at the moment but in hot season it is not felt, it should only be mentioned that at sunset it may no longer be comfortable for some to stay in the water. The house has space inside to store your car although in the same way if you prefer to leave it outside it is quite safe. I think with some extra beds it would be more than perfect. The host was always available with directions and tips. Highly recommended.

Guadalupe's place was great! A real piece of nature-quiet and relaxing.And I could see smoking POPOCATÉPETL from my cabin! The staff were welcoming and the restaurant had really good food. There were enough blankets to keep me warm during the below freezing night time temperatures!
