Very clean and convenient apartment for a short stay. It is very well located, which allowed us to do a lot of things on foot. The little extra for us is that our four-legged friends are accepted. We'll be back😊.

Staying at Andrea’s place was excellent. The apartment had what I exactly need since I just moved to Geneva. The pictures do not give the apartment fare justice. It is renovated and feels like home. Andrea was super great and the communication with him was smooth and responded promptly (he even left me a welcome and thoughtful gift!). I had no issues at all. The location was super great and I loved the neighborhood to the the extent that I looked for an apartment around the area. I definitely recommend booking with Andrea.

The accommodation is very nice, spacious. A sublime view. For 5 people, it's perfect. A fence suitable for our dog. Private parking, all the shops nearby, beautiful villages to visit, quick access to the lake. Old Town Annecy is a 10-minute drive away. An excellent restaurant within walking distance of the port bistro. Julien and Sébastien hosted us very well. That's it, a memorable stay. To be recommended without hesitation. Emmanuel.

We thank Ghezlane for her warm welcome, everything was perfect in every way: clean and well-equipped accommodation, carefully decorated, spacious and quiet! We were there with 2 young children under 2 years old and we were very happy. Our stay was short but Ghezlane was attentive and she gave us the necessary directions. I would highly recommend it!

Very warm house. Ideal for families or groups of friends. Very clean. Quality bedding. Games available for kids. Simple and easy communication with the host. 15 minutes to walk to Clairevaux. Good amenities as well. Really a very pleasant long weekend. I would recommend this host and we will be happy to return no doubt.

Very nice location, with stunning lake views. We really enjoyed the view, as well as the layout of the cottage, while we spent the Christmas holidays there, mostly indoors.

We weren't disappointed with our reservation. This pretty house with many outdoor places, which we enjoyed with the springy sweetness, offers various activities and places of rest. Everything is as described. Discreet, serious and responsive host. We will be back!!

The room was even more beautiful than in the photos, and our host, Marie, was incredibly kind. I had a truly comfortable stay, making unforgettable memories. Even without a car, getting around was easy with the bicycles she provided and the available bus service. If you’re looking for breathtaking scenery, a peaceful, comfortable, and clean place to stay, I highly recommend this place. Every day felt like a dream. As all the others reviewers say, this is an exceptionally good BnB! Well located, spotlessly clean, and very well equippped. Carine and Paul are very warm and welcoming hosts, and I never had to wait more than a few minutes to get a response to any question I had. We strongly recommend this place, especially if you have a car. We will surely visit again :)

Superb apartment, well-equipped and refurbished. We stayed there for 15 days with a 3-year-old child and it was perfect! The pool is amazing, no complaints! If we return to Lake Bourget for our vacation we will definitely come back here :)
