It is a place to rest and unwind, to wander and sit in a garden full of wildlife, to gaze at the ever-changing views. It is 12 minutes walk from Kendal town center's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the Rifleman's Arms.

Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!

Guests will have use of their own private space in the garden and are able to go on local walks over The Helm or to the local pub. Our accommodation is a perfect base for exploring the historic town of Kendal, Kirkby Lonsdale and the rest of the Dales too.
