Welcome to stay in our gem, the Skärgårdsvillan in Bröllopsviken, which is a modern house (built in 2021) on two floors by the shore of the Baltic Sea. Large terrace down to the water, 3 large French doors that blur the lines between inside and outside. A stay in peace and quiet. We are very keen to ensure that there is a calm and pleasant atmosphere in our places. It´s situated in the area of the manor house Beckershof with beautiful surroundings in the middle of the nature. The house is situated 30 meters from the water. You have a small beach, jetty and a souna on a jetty of your own. A small boat is also includes in wich ou can make trips along the lake. The house is very comfortable and has very relaxing atmosfer all year round!

The plot of the house is adjacent to a marina where there is a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat. Rocks and beach swimming nearby. Oxelösund is a fantastic archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good connections with highway only to Oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.

Europe's largest zoo, Kolmården, is within about 3.3 miles. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
