Cosy little Annex with one bedroom and one bathroom. Perfect size for two! Double bed with luxury bed linen, comfy sofa, TV and tea & coffee making facilities in the main room. We have a very small fridge for milk or baby bottles. Black out blind available. En suite with shower, sink and toilet. The terrace is a little sun trap during the summer with seating. Little Box is separate to our home and has private access with key safe, so you can come and go as you please. Free parking available.

Tinkywinky’s Shepherds Hut

In the pretty hamlet of Freefolk you will find a charming secluded Shepherds hut set in 12 acres, and includes a hot tub & pizza oven, WiFi, gas hob, king size bed, sofa, dining table, toilet, shower, fridge freezer, stove, solar electricity and fire pit - it has everything you need. It overlooks our horses, sheep & chickens. A short walk will take you to the award winning Watership Down Inn & Bombay Sapphire distillery. The surrounding area boasts beautiful walks. Dogs & all Logs are free.

St Mary Bourne offers two excellent pubs, a village shop and beautiful rural walks/runs along the Test Way. Close proximity to the Clock Barn wedding venue. Attractions such as Bombay Sapphire, Highclere Castle, Winchester and Salisbury are close by.

Kitchen/dining area: Sink unit, fridge, double INDUCTION hob**, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, pans, cutlery, tea towels, olive oil, salt & pepper. **NB alternative hob available if you have a pacemaker fitted. Cliddesden is a village on the edge of the North Hampshire Downs yet close to the town of Basingstoke. Guests staying here can enjoy lovely country walks whilst still very close to the amenities of Basingstoke. Our studio is very spacious with it`s own patio and garden furniture, weather permitting. Kitchenette has limited facilities but a popular country pub is within a 5 minute walk and offers great Thai and English dishes. Sky TV, Ethernet connection available.

Oak - Heath Row Barn

Oak is one of two self-catering flats, within a modern barn conversion. Situated in a rural location, near the village of Overton. Ground floor flat, with two bedrooms and a spacious living area, it is perfectly situated to enjoy country walks while close enough to Overton which has a large range of independent shops, pubs, restaurants and takeaways. A great place to get away from it all and enjoy the countryside, while still being close to amenities.
