Great stay, clean and comfortable, little disappointed with the garden area as was full of mess and clutter not somewhere we could sit comfortably and parking not great but overall very nice property

We had a really good stay at Iron House's "Hillary's Hideaway" previously and so we booked at Iron House again to visit friends in the area. "James' Place" was even better for us as it is all on the ground floor. It was clean and comfortable with everything you could want for a short break with our dog. The kitchen amenities are first rate, the bedroom is huge and the bathroom is like new. We had a great stay.

A fabulous place to stay whilst attending the Telford International Centre. So close to everything but also felt tucked away and quiet. It was modern and lovely with high quality finishes and everything we needed. For an add on to their home it was very roomy and private. Vicki was very welcoming and personable giving us information about the property and what near by. The kitchen was well equipped with a little welcome gift which was much appreciated. The bathroom was nice and big including a huge shower so lots of space. The beds were very large with super comfy mattresses. The blackout blinds meant we had a very comfortable nights sleep. We hope to book again when we return next year. Thanks Vicki.
