Overasselt: Self-contained 3-room apartment(75M2) in nature

Our spacious apartment (with 2 bedrooms, living room and private kitchen) is located in the picturesque Overasselt in the middle of the greenery, directly on beautiful cycling and walking routes, directly on the Maas (dike) and close to the Overasseltse vennengebied. In addition to peace, space and nature, cities such as Nijmegen, Arnhem and Den Bosch are nearby. The facilities are new and well maintained (the apartment was completed in June 2020 and has only been open as an (air)B&B since then).

Op ruim 1000m2 aan rust en natuur voor uzelf, bevindt zich Fifty Four. Een luxe bungalow aan de rand van het prachtige Bergerbos. Quiet, cosy B&B with private sauna and hot tub

The B&B is located on the edge of Overasselt, a small rural village just south of Nijmegen; the oldest city of the Netherlands close to the German border. The B&B comes with a private sauna and hot tub and is the ideal destination for a private getaway for two. The area has a lot of hiking and cycling routes or you can use it as a starting point to explore the south eastern part of the country with cities such as Arnhem, Nijmegen and ‘s Hertogenbosch. Breakfast (weekends only) is by request.

The Lidl is 5 minutes away. The Hatertse Vennen are within walking distance of the house. Need more of the coziness of the city center? In 20 minutes, you are in the center of Nijmegen by car. The Goffert, the Radboud UMC and the CWZ are 15 minutes away. Relax and unwind in this beautiful, stylish space.

Close to Goffertpark, hospitals, HAN/Radboud, shopping center and nature. The city center can be reached by bicycle and bus. Ground floor with private entrance. Free parking in the street. 'Tiny house' has all the amenities for an independent stay. Common areas: 'garden room with lounge + minibar', beautiful garden and sitting area with fire pit and BBQ.

In het Universiteitskwartier centrum Utrecht is in het papiermagazijn van de voormalige stadsdrukkerij Pascal een uniek en smaakvol appartement (30m2) gerealiseerd. Op loopafstand (10 min) van de prachtige stadswerven. Met zijn vele terrasjes, een grenzeloze keuken, musea, historische kerken, Tivoli Vredenburg, iedere zaterdag de bloemen- en lapjesmarkt, maken deze plek zeker de moeite waard voor een verblijf van enkele dagen.

Welcome to our cozy guest house in Malden, located in the vicinity of various forest and nature areas such as the Mookerheide, Hatertse Vennen, Kraaijenbergse Plassen and the Reichswald. Nijmegen city center (8 km) is 15-20 minutes away. A bus stop with direct bus connection to Nijmegen Station is 75 meters from our home. Various amenities, such as supermarket and restaurants, are within walking distance. Thermen Berendonck is a 14-minute drive.

Spacious house, veranda, large garden, nature and water

The house is full of comforts and offers views of the water. With no less than five terraces, including two cozy verandas, one with a wood-burning stove, there is always a place to relax. The bathroom has a lovely rain shower. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed. On the first floor is a double bed in a separate open space. The large lawn is perfect for a game of soccer or badminton!

Discover the beautiful scenery surrounding this property. In this compact converted container, you can completely relax. Surrounded by agricultural area with views up to 4 km, this cottage is located directly on the edge of the forest. In this adjacent nature reserve, there are countless hiking and equestrian routes. There is a lot of privacy, with private facilities and a large terrace. The modern decor gives a luxurious feeling.

The vacation home is located near the Hatertse Vennen and the city of Nijmegen. Our place in the countryside exudes tranquility and a relaxed atmosphere and is located in proximity to forests and recreational lakes. The house is luxuriously furnished, equipped with comfortable beds, rain shower & dishwasher. In the summer, there is a swimming pool of 5 m x 10 m in the garden (1.30/1.40 m deep), where you can swim.

Nice for couples to explore Nijmegen for a few days! This unique design loft is located in the centre of Nijmegen. Two minutes walk from Central Station in a quiet neighbourhood. Nice bars, coffee bars, stores and restaurants within walking distance. You sleep in a comfortable Auping bed and furniture is top class design. By car? No problem. In front is a free private parking place.
