This Airbnb felt like a home for the house hunting trip I went on with my girlfriend. From check in to check out we were stunned by how fabulous the hotel is from the valet parking to the rooftop pool you can’t go wrong. The loft has everything featured in the pictures and description, the only negative I have to say is the couch was a tad stained but it was very comfortable and practical. The upstairs bedroom is incredible and the hvac system with in unit thermostat is fabulous whether you like your room hot or cold. The rooftop indoor pool and hot hub were fabulous with us visiting it once in the evening and once in the morning both times feeling refreshed and relaxed. If I ever need to place to stay when Im in the heart of Cincy again, I will definitely be booking a stay here!

Booked this place for my sweetheart's birthday weekend. It caught our interest because it had a hot tub, but when we arrived we both realized the place had a certain charm. It reminded both of us of the family homes we used to visit, like grandparents or relatives. It felt like a home away from home. I've had previous stays where nightfall would make a place feel unfamiliar and foreign, but I felt completely at peace here. We had a heavy storm hit us, so our enjoyment with the hot tub was brief, but Joshua was prompt in communicating with us any time we had questions. He also included a complementary gift for her birthday that we both appreciated. We both agree that we would love to come back here one day and maybe even bring the kids with us next time. Wonderful experience all around!

I’ve stayed in a couple of Airbnb‘s downtown. Paul’s place is by far, the best so far. Excellent location, very clean and full of any amenities you might need. Paul was very responsive and extremely helpful with local recommendations. I consider myself very familiar with the downtown area and he was right on with our recommendation request. Location is perfect for anything you want to do downtown. Whether it’s a sporting event, nightlife or great restaurants you won’t be disappointed. Definitely looking forward to my next downtown adventure at Paul’s place.

We don’t stay in Airbnb’s often. The location was much better than local hotels for our needs. Included parking, especially in the city where you pay extra for parking almost 100% of the time, was a real plus! Nightly rate for our six night stay was better than the hotel we typically stay at when visiting Cincinnati. Would consider staying again.

This place was wonderful for our group! The kids needed space and they got it at this house! It was so nice to have MANY outdoor activities such as basketball courts, kayaking, a hot tub, scooters to roll around on, hiking path, and just lots of room everywhere! The house was great and provided the space we needed to eat, sleep, etc. We were impressed with everything. The showers got cold after awhile, but that is to be expected with that many people showering and doing some laundry. When we planned better, then it wasn’t a problem. The hosts were great to work with and responded right away whenever we had a question. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, and I hope to stay there again when I bring a group to Kentucky in the future!

As a family of 11, finding a place to stay can be difficult. We were happy to find a place that could accommodate our large family! Our children enjoyed the hot tub outside and games in the basement. I was delighted to find a crockpot to cook one of our meals in while we were visiting the Ark (I had forgotten to bring one)! The beds were comfortable. This has been one of the best locations I have stayed in recently, there is sooo much to do and within walking distance including amazing coffee shops, bars, restaurants, convenient stores, and fun boutique shops. Everyone in the group also felt safe walking around the area, even at night. We enjoyed all the space and having a bathroom in every single bedroom. Chris and Chris were very responsive and proactive, overall a special, unique stay in Cinci!

Shannon’s home was very clean and tidy and smelled fresh and clean when we arrived. Shannon gave us a list of places to eat and things to do before we checked in and also had a list provided at the home. Shannon had great response time and was professional and friendly. If you come to Cincinnati I would recommend booking her home 10/10!!
