An ideal place, a nice house with space, to have a holiday with a family with larger children: something for everyone! By train you are easily in lively Porto, always a Bolt driver nearby to take you to nice places such as the beach on the Douro (Arnelas) or the somewhat more adventurous places like the Arouca Bridge, as well as enjoy beautiful sunsets, delicious coffees and waves brave just 1 dune away. Memorable stay at Rui's! Flexible check-in and check-out with key box. Townhouse 2 steps from the beach, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Cozy and well-decorated interior with large comfortable rooms. Excellent amenities, nothing was missing. And the icing on the cake: the small terrace of the room with its view of the beach and the ocean! With the added bonus of a very friendly host, we can't wait to go back!

We are absolutely impressed with the warmth and hospitality of Jorge and Susana! We stayed for 2 weeks and felt completely comfortable! It was spotlessly clean and cozy furnished and lovingly decorated. The bed was so comfy! Jorge and Susana were always available and even left us a few treats on arrival and during the stay. It was also great that we had a separate in the courtyard completely to ourselves. For our two dogs totally great, as they could lie in the sun all day when we were working without having to be afraid that they could run away. In 5 minutes you can walk directly to the huge sandy beach. It was fantastic and we also quickly took the neighbors to heart. Sincere thanks for the great time! We will be back!

Antoine's apartment is very clean, spacious and has everything it needs. I rented it for 4 nights and there was nothing missing. The apartment is close to the bus and metro stops and is a good starting point in all directions. Diana was a great help with my arrival and also with her suggestions. Highly recommended apartment!

We were delighted with the accommodation. Maria was super nice and helpful at all times. The house was amazing, very clean, equipped, quiet, peaceful... Little more to say, we would stay here again without hesitation, and we would obviously recommend it.

My stay was really pleasant. The house is very cozy and its location, a stone's throw from the beach, is a real treasure. Sleeping with the sound of the sea in the background is one of those little pleasures that are priceless. The apartment is renovated with a modern and warm style, in addition to being impeccably clean and well organized. Adelaide was helpful at all times, which made me feel accompanied throughout the stay. He also recommended several restaurants, something that is always appreciated, even if you already know the area. I definitely plan to go back.

Spacious apartment, pretty, in a quiet residence, by the sea, with swimming pools, sauna, gym. the apartment is well equipped, clean , with a balcony with pool and sea view! in October it's very quiet. lots of things to see around ovar and 40 min from port. to improve: mattresses that lack comfort in our opinion (the one in the master suite is very uncomfortable ) , the bedding is very clean however like the rest of the apartment! had a great time with the family Thanks

Recently rented a pleasantly well maintained flat that exceeded expectations. It’s fully furnished, clean, and super comfortable. The balcony offers a stunning sea view, making it a perfect place to relax. The building has a lift, and the location is ideal—close to the sea, amenities, and main roads, yet wonderfully quiet. A practical and well-designed space that feels like home. To top it off, the host is amazing, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

We have never experienced such a well-maintained, clean and well-equipped apartment. It corresponds 100% to the photos. There is a large underground parking lot. The landlord Manuel took care of things proactively and asked several times if everything was okay. The location is right on the main beach of Esmoriz, separated only by the waterfront road. However, it should be noted that at the end of August, a fair takes place right in front of the house with corresponding volume in the afternoon and evening.

We had such a lovely stay and the property exceeded our expectations. In our view, the property is even better than the photos showed. The property had everything we needed. We had great fun on the paddle boards Susana provided. It is worth noting that the public beach (400m away) does get noisy with some loud music, but we still had a wonderful time. Susana was great and very helpful and always responded promptly. Thank you Susana!!

Wow I really enjoyed the stay. The place is impeccably styled and is very conveniently located. The host is awesome and we were fed a daily supply of crazy amount of bread and pastries. What is not immediately clear from the photos is that the place is in a vicinity of a big port, but that is actually a very interesting view to see so we're more than enjoyed the stay and would totally come back again.

A beautiful Villa with a nice pool and barbecue outside we all love it we are definitely coming back again. Highly recommended.

We highly recommend it! Nelson is very responsive and friendly. Perfect location 2 min walk to the beach (sea view). The apartment is even bigger than the pictures! Very well equipped and clean. The pool is great too. Only downside: maybe the lack of deckchair near the pool for sunbathing :) Thank you for the quality of the accommodation!

Me and my husband wanted a little break away and came across this gem! All the reviews we read prior to booking were absolutely correct! If I’m honest I don’t think the photos do this place justice, it’s a lovely apartment with fantastic views, right on the beach front. We felt right at home! The Bronze seafood restaurant just a short walk down on the beach has the best cappuccino in the world! The food was awesome and fresh too. The beach has a lovely boardwalk either side, with breathtaking views. Great place to spend a few days. The guest house has everything we need, very clean, comfortable and well equipped, so I highly recommend Fernando’s place for a nice stay in Perafita..

Unfortunately, it was only a short stay of two nights, you can certainly stay here longer and have a great time in the immediate vicinity of the Atlantic.
