The apartment is located on the Presqu'île, in the hyper-center of Lyon, 200 meters from Place Bellecour, close to Perrache train station and a few minutes walk to old Lyon. All local shops are easily accessible. You can enjoy your stay by moving around on foot or with the TCL (Transports en Commun Lyonnais). Two Vélov stations are less than 50 meters from the residence. Very well equipped like a 4* hotel room: 160 x 200 cm bed, 50" Samsung "The Frame" TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video included, fiber wifi, reversible air conditioning, equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, large bathroom with walk-in shower, hair dryer and magnifying mirror! The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.
