The ground floor accommodation is extremely stylishly appointed with a large, open-plan living/dining room which features Jacobean-style painted wall panelling as a stunning backdrop. Foxup House Barn is a converted one bedroom farm building, totally self-contained to the side of our house. It has it's own entrance with private parking space for one vehicle and private walled and fenced garden. It is situated at the end of a no-through road, totally surrounded by hills with stunning views from every window. Newly converted in 2023 we have put much thought and love into the project, aiming to create a warm, comfortable and stylish space, finished to a high standard.

The Old Potting Shed, cosy retreat with hot tub

The Old Potting Shed is a romantic hideaway for two set in the walled garden of the owners' house with its own private entrance. The retreat is totally secluded, but still just a minutes walk to Sedbergh's lovely pubs and cafes. It's the perfect base: head out walking in the hills straight from your door or use our electric bikes to explore the quiet lanes. When you get back, soak in the wood fired hot tub and enjoy a drink on the terrace while admiring the wonderful view of the fells.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!
