Hele fijne verblijf gehad. Uitzicht was prachtig, wij keken uit op de atlantische oceaan. Op deze manier wakker worden gun ik een ieder. Amina was zeer vriendelijk en proactief. Er werd ons meerdere keren gevraagd of wij het naar ons zin hadden en of wij nog iets nodig hadden. Ik adviseer een ieder om hier te overnachten, centrum van Rabat is op rij afstand (15-20min). Dankjewel Amina voor de goede zorgen, wij komen zeker nog een keer terug.

This place is perfect and contributed to my great stay in Rabat - impressive apartment with very tasteful interior and the location couldn’t be better, it’s right by the place Mohammed V (which is perfect to have tea or coffee), the Medina/Souk, train station and all main sights are within a short walk. The place is in the middle of the hustle and bustle and yet a nice escape in the evening or whenever one needs a break. Besides that, the communication was super easy and Brahim who took care of my stay was available whenever needed. I hope to be back soon!

Fantastic location with views of the ocean, walkable restaurants and grocery/shops nearby. Jamel was a fantastic host. Communicative and very friendly & helpful. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Rabat, around the Hay Riad area. Also, having the gym was a huge plus!

Super séjour à Kenitra, résidence calme et bien sécurisée. Petit plus pour le parking qui est grand et facile d'accès.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement, qui était propre, confortable et conforme à la description. L’emplacement est idéal et tout était parfaitement organisé. Un grand merci au propriétaire M.khalil pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité, ainsi qu'à la dame qui nous a remis les clés avec gentillesse et professionnalisme. Le stationnement était également un point positif, gratuit et public dans la rue, sans aucun problème pour se garer. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement à d'autres personnes en quête d'un séjour agréable et sans souci. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Ahmed was very hospitable and catering to the needs of my family, the accommodation was situated in a prime location overlooking the sea. Will definitely return if and when we are in the city again.

L'appartement était parfait : propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé. L'accueil était très sympathique, et nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Rien à redire, tout était impeccable ! Je recommande vivement et n'hésiterai pas à revenir. Un grand merci !

Great beautiful residence, brand new , very clean, nice pools, very close to the ocean and restaurants, shopping. The apartment very very nice and clean, very well equipped , clean sheets and brand new clean towels. Sabrina is the best host I ever met here in Morocco, very kind, respectful, friendly, she responded all my requests, regarding early check in , and about everything. I wish I could put more than 5 stars!!! Thank you very much for everything! If I am ever back here , this is the only apartment I want to stay!

This was honestly one of my best stays ever. The apartment is very spacious, very well designed with great furniture. The bed was large and comfortable, there is a nice balcony with a table and chair to sit on. Overall vibe was very chill, it’s in a good location with a security guard outside the building. There is a decent cafe next to it for breakfast. The only minuses would be lack of iron and ironing board, as well as detergent for laundry. Other than that, I can highly recommend this place. It felt like home and I’d easily come back again. If you can afford spending just a little more than other places, then you won’t regret it. 9/10 stay, well done to the host!

appartement dans résidence bien située, calme et bien équipée. Proximité d'espaces verts pour des balades au bord de la mer, pour faire du sport, pour faire les courses et pour bien manger. Franchement, je le conseille pour court et long séjour. J'y reviendrai dès que j'en aurais l'occasion ! Merci à R-One pour les petites friandises, fruits et boissons d'accueil !

I enjoyed staying here. Ihsane was kind to welcome me. The room was clean with fresh sheets. The view of the Bouregreg river from the terrace is beautiful. It's a calm and peaceful area, exactly what I needed after a full day of walking. There were only girls renting the rooms so that helped make me feel safe. Great value. 100% recommend.

I had a marvellous stay at Najat’s place. The location is perfect and the place itself is very authentic. An interesting little street entrance into a welcoming home that feels really genuine. Najat is an excellent host and my only regret is that I didn’t stay longer. Excellent value for the single traveller. Thank you Najat

Maison bien située, mais nuisances extérieures à considérer La maison est idéalement placée, à proximité du bord de mer, ce qui est très agréable pour les promenades. Elle est conforme à la description, propre, bien entretenue et très fonctionnelle. Cependant, certains éléments extérieurs peuvent impacter la qualité du séjour : - La rue d’accès est en très mauvais état, avec de nombreux trous et bosses, ce qui complique la circulation, notamment la nuit ou par temps de pluie. - Un chantier se trouve juste en face, générant des nuisances sonores tout au long de la journée, y compris le samedi, ce qui réduit la tranquillité et l’usage des espaces extérieurs. - La présence de chiens errants dans la rue peut aussi poser problème. Il est préférable de rester prudent lors des sorties, notamment en se munissant de pierres ou d’un bâton pour les éloigner si besoin. Leurs aboiements et bagarres nocturnes peuvent créer un sentiment d’insécurité. Un logement à recommander en connaissance de cause

I spent a wonderful week with Najat, Rachid, and their warm, welcoming family. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel completely at home. Their kindness, generosity, and constant support turned my stay into a truly memorable experience. They shared delicious homemade meals, helped me get around the city, and were always there with a smile and good conversation. Their home was clean, cozy, and filled with positive energy. I sincerely recommend Najat and her family to anyone visiting Rabat. They’re exceptional hosts who genuinely care about their guests. By the end of my stay, they felt more like family, and I’m truly grateful to have met them, Visiting them will always be a priority every time I return to Rabat.

Mon séjour à Rabat a été magnifique et cela est du en grande partie au logement proposé par Najat et sa famille. Najat est accueillante et très réactive, ce fut un plaisir d’échanger avec. Sa famille est extraordinaire, merci encore à Aziza et sa maman pour leur bonne humeur au quotidien ainsi que les repas partagés. Ce logement est le véritable endroit pour vivre une expérience culturelle riche et locale. Idéalement placé au cœur de la médina, c’est le meilleur moyen de se laisser bercer au rythme marocain. J’espère avoir l’occasion de revenir !

Excellent ! Le logement est très propre et correspond aux photos et à la description. Un très bon emplacement à harhoura, accessible à pied des plages , cafés restaurants, coiffeurs, jardins… Fadoua est très accueillante et réactive, et très flexible aux horaires d’arrivée et de départ. Nous sommes très heureux de notre séjour !

Notre séjour familial était très agréable. La vue est magnifique sur la mer. C'est un bel appartement , pieds dans l'eau face à la plage . Le site est calme et reposant . Le personnel est réactif , et si besoin il y a à disposition une cuisinière et des femmes de ménage. Nous reviendrons pour nos vacances.
