A perfect size apartment with everything we needed for our stay, in the part of Rabat we wanted to stay in. Many nice little extras, which made us feel very welcome. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and will definitely stay again. Husam has done a great job with the apartment.

We had a wonderful weekend enjoying the city and then spending the evening on the balcony watching the waves crashing on the rocks below. The apartment is clean and perfect for family vacations.

Ahmed was very hospitable and catering to the needs of my family, the accommodation was situated in a prime location overlooking the sea. Will definitely return if and when we are in the city again.

Great beautiful residence, brand new , very clean, nice pools, very close to the ocean and restaurants, shopping. The apartment very very nice and clean, very well equipped , clean sheets and brand new clean towels. Sabrina is the best host I ever met here in Morocco, very kind, respectful, friendly, she responded all my requests, regarding early check in , and about everything. I wish I could put more than 5 stars!!! Thank you very much for everything! If I am ever back here , this is the only apartment I want to stay!

Le logement est de qualité hôtelière, excellent intérieur, très bien équipé, emplacement, fantastique et vue imprenable. Une femme de ménage passe tous les jours au besoin, appartement climatisé, parking privé et résidence sécurisée . Je recommande chaleureusement sans aucune hésitation, ni réserve.

Apparemment excellent. Bien placé. Bien équipé. Propre. Hôte accueillant et amical. Je recommande fortement.

Ikrame et son papa nous ont super bien accueillis. Ponctuel, nous avons été reçu par le papa d'Ikrame qui nous a fait visité l'appartement ainsi que la résidence. L'appartement est fidèle aux photos. Propre et bien rangé avec une très jolie décoration simple et épurée. La vue mer est un atout majeur. Prendre son café sur la terrasse était un pur bonheur. Les équipements sont impeccables. Cuisine et SDB sont bien équipées. le Wi-Fi est excellent. Les différentes instructions sont claires. La résidence est propre et le cadre est magnifique. La piscine même si nous n'y sommes pas allés (températures basses) est, malgré tout, accessible en cette période. L'accès au littoral se fait directement du jardin et permet d'accéder à la côte et aux petits commerces qui s'y installent en fin d'après midi (harira, maïs grillé, crêpes, etc). Très agréable pour se balader ! Ikrame est une hôte accueillante, présente et bienveillante. Nous reviendrons si l'occasion se présente. Merci à vous

Ich kann diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Das gesamte Gelände ist umzäunt und mit sehr freundlichem hilfsbereitem Sicherheitspersonal ausgestattet, das Unbefugten den Zugang verwehrt. Wir haben uns allerdings auch nirgendwo in Marokko unsicher gefühlt. Bei einem kleinen Problem war Miss Nawal sofort zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Die Wohnung, sowie die Terasse sind unglaublich groß. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Man schläft beim Meeresrauschen ein. Einfach nur himmlisch. In der Wohnung ist alles was man benötigt. Es ist auch sauber. Der nächste Supermarkt ist etwas weiter weg, aber man kann an der Hauptstraße viele Sachen kaufen. Ich würde die Unterkunft immer wieder buchen, wenn ich noch mal in die Gegend komme.

I had a really great stay and I would come back here again if back in Rabat soon, as it was right in the middle of the ocean quarter, near a tram station place-de-russie, and a short walk to the coast and the medina I felt very comfortable in the apartment, and the friendly security man even helped me find my apartment when I first walked into the complex There is a lovely cafe across the road which is open early morning to late night which did good coffee and food

Un sitio muy céntrico y bien cuidado. La cama cómoda, con estufa en el cuarto. Unas vistas preciosas desde la terraza, cuarto de baño limpio y agua caliente en la ducha. Los dueños muy amables y muy atentos. Sin duda volveremos!

Great experience We stayed in Amines place for one week. Beautiful house and safe place for children. Amine is a perfect host, very friendly and welcoming. I will recommend staying at Amines place to anyone. We will definitely come back again.

Nice clean place, the host family make you feel home. Helpful, the house in good location in the old city which give special experience. Near the market, the beach , the old mosque Hassan . Fresh fish around . Totally I recommend the Najat's rooms. Btw you can ask for breakfast to eat up of the build in a nice cosy place.

Maison bien située, mais nuisances extérieures à considérer La maison est idéalement placée, à proximité du bord de mer, ce qui est très agréable pour les promenades. Elle est conforme à la description, propre, bien entretenue et très fonctionnelle. Cependant, certains éléments extérieurs peuvent impacter la qualité du séjour : - La rue d’accès est en très mauvais état, avec de nombreux trous et bosses, ce qui complique la circulation, notamment la nuit ou par temps de pluie. - Un chantier se trouve juste en face, générant des nuisances sonores tout au long de la journée, y compris le samedi, ce qui réduit la tranquillité et l’usage des espaces extérieurs. - La présence de chiens errants dans la rue peut aussi poser problème. Il est préférable de rester prudent lors des sorties, notamment en se munissant de pierres ou d’un bâton pour les éloigner si besoin. Leurs aboiements et bagarres nocturnes peuvent créer un sentiment d’insécurité. Un logement à recommander en connaissance de cause

Najat and her family were amazing hosts. The room was amazing, lots of privacy and so much space. Beautiful rooftop where I was invited numerous times for meals and tea with the family and friends. Location is great, nicely tucked away in the local streets yet so close to the bazaar area. Najat did my laundry for me and even folded my clothes. The whole family was so welcoming and polite, would definitely recommend. Thank you Najat and your lovely family 🙏

Mon séjour à Rabat a été magnifique et cela est du en grande partie au logement proposé par Najat et sa famille. Najat est accueillante et très réactive, ce fut un plaisir d’échanger avec. Sa famille est extraordinaire, merci encore à Aziza et sa maman pour leur bonne humeur au quotidien ainsi que les repas partagés. Ce logement est le véritable endroit pour vivre une expérience culturelle riche et locale. Idéalement placé au cœur de la médina, c’est le meilleur moyen de se laisser bercer au rythme marocain. J’espère avoir l’occasion de revenir !

Excellent ! Le logement est très propre et correspond aux photos et à la description. Un très bon emplacement à harhoura, accessible à pied des plages , cafés restaurants, coiffeurs, jardins… Fadoua est très accueillante et réactive, et très flexible aux horaires d’arrivée et de départ. Nous sommes très heureux de notre séjour !

Notre séjour familial était très agréable. La vue est magnifique sur la mer. C'est un bel appartement , pieds dans l'eau face à la plage . Le site est calme et reposant . Le personnel est réactif , et si besoin il y a à disposition une cuisinière et des femmes de ménage. Nous reviendrons pour nos vacances.
