We very much enjoyed our stay at Samy's house. He is a great host, very responsive and pleasant to deal with. The house is lovely, it's in an enclosed compound with a shared pool area and backyard. The rooms are large, the kitchen is great, and the living rooms were perfect. The beach is a 5 min walk down the hill and there are many restaurants and shops a short drive away. There is also a gym just a short walk away that is really nice and offers single-day entry fees. Samy's house was perfect for our family trip, the rooms and living areas are really nice and spacious. We will absolutely rent from Samy again.

Wow! What a location, directly on the sand! We enjoyed afternoon strolls on the beach and the sun set. Lorenzo and Mehdi are great hosts! We made some exceptional requests, for example, breakfast and they delivered with a smile! The Skhirats fish market is 1 min walk, so we purchased lots of fresh fish and had it descaled , then took it to a restaurant that cooks the fish (also 1 min away) and they delivered our grilled and fried fish to the property which was excellent! Recommended - we will be back, possibly in the summer!

A big thank you to Amine who was very accommodating on the arrival time following a transport problem we had. We were able to trust him and arrive with complete peace of mind. The apartment was great, very clean and very comfortable with great views from the terrace. I would recommend this place without hesitation, and it is in a very good location.

We had a pleasant stay in Bouznika in this apartment. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped with a full kitchen and washing machine, which was very convenient for our family stay. The bedrooms, including the children's room, were comfortable with clean linens. The fiber internet connection was excellent, and there are two toilets, which is always a plus. The large balcony offers beautiful views, and free parking as well as the elevator made our stay easier. Special mention for the very clean pool surrounded by a peaceful green space, perfect for relaxing. We would highly recommend this place and hope to be back soon.

We just had an exceptional week with family in this beautiful waterfront house! The location is simply amazing, with breathtaking sea views and sunsets! The house is beautifully decorated, clean, and properly equipped. It's a unique experience that I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing setting on the Atlantic. Sandra’s place was everything I needed for several nights in Rabat! To start it off she was incredibly flexible and accommodating with my check in. I had a rental car so I used street parking down the block and rolled my luggage to the front door in seconds. The neighborhood is safe. There were countless shops for dining a walkable distance away and when I headed to the touristic area by the Kasbah it was only a 10-15 minute drive away. The apartment is on the ground floor and is cozy and practical. I even purchased some supplies on my last night (oil, eggs, toast) and cooked breakfast on my morning before departure. Rabat has way more to offer than I imagined and when I come back to explore more, I’ll definitely be returning to Sandra’s place.

Very friendly host, accommodating, excellent hosting, host available during the stay. Very cocooning accommodation, very clean, the essentials are in the accommodation. As far as the location is concerned, it is located in the city center, several points of interest within walking distance. You can rent a home with peace of mind. I would highly recommend it. Great stay at Hakim’s… very responsive and helpful. Nice big tv screen with Netflix available…. A super comfy bed too. Turn left out of the flat and you have loads of cafes, restaurants along the street and a carrefour supermarket very close by.
