De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

The little cottage was very cozy and quiet. We enjoyed eating in front of the patio door and looking into the garden. There are a few chickens there, we had a lot of fun with them. The two cats visited us from time to time, we liked that very much. Sara and Steven were very friendly and always responded to our questions very quickly. Thank you again for that. Tienhoven is a beautiful little village, we felt very comfortable there.

Overall, we had a very positive experience at Caroline's. It's a charming spot and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. Our only constructive feedback would be that the pricing seemed a bit steep, and we did encounter some flies and mosquitos

We had a wonderful weekend at Maarten's, in fact we spent our first child-free weekend here and found the desired peace and quiet. The hosts were incredibly friendly and we felt welcome right away. We can only absolutely recommend the breakfast. You don't get such a delicious and great start to the day everywhere. The veranda also invites you to linger and lets you forget everyday life for a moment. Thank you for making this unforgettable weekend possible for us.

Booked this for my parents. I was looking for something without stairs and parking, close to the city and easy to visit outside of the city. This fit all of the requirements, and the hosts were absolutely fantastic in accommodating their needs. I hear they have an amazing restaurant onsite. If my travels bring me to Amsterdam I’m definitely staying here!

We came from April 30 to May 4. We really enjoyed the house, the place where it is located, the calm, the decoration, the cleanliness, having everything available for children (toddlers). Everything comes together in this house to ensure you have a great time. But above all, we really appreciated Nienke's kindness, her availability by message, her document allowing us to arrive calmly on the premises. In addition, she took the time to give us lots of advice and tips on the cities and places we visited (itinerary, things to see, restaurants). We really enjoyed our stay in the Netherlands, Nienke has a lot to do with it, as well as the house and this lovely city! Thanks so much Nienke!

I celebrated my 30th birthday with 10 friends on the houseboat. We were received very hospitably by Rob. He is such a nice host and he had hung garlands as a surprise and a bottle of bubbles as a birthday present. The houseboat is so clean and nicely decorated and you feel completely at home. You could ask Rob anything and he would answer you right away. Despite the bad weather, we had a great time and we definitely want to come back someday. We also had 2 dogs with us, we were able to take beautiful walks along the water. I recommend the accommodation 100%. You have a beautiful view of the lake, supboards for on the water and plenty of space to enjoy. Rob is by far the sweetest, most welcoming and favorite host I have ever met through airbnb. Thank you for making my birthday so fun Rob!
