It offers a living room with dining table, chairs and kitchen and an exit to the terrace. In the hallway there is a wardrobe and plenty storage space. The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet as well as a large washbasin. Directly attached (without a door) is the bedroom with 1.40m bed and wardrobe.

Parking is ample and can be used free of charge. Directly adjacent you will find a restaurant including beer garden, which is open from Thursday to Sunday. Breakfast can be booked in advance as an extra. You sleep here very rural but only about 10 minutes from the Deggendorf highway junction.

Das zweite unserer beiden Tinyhäuser bietet ebenfalls viel Privatsphäre mit eigenem Eingang und privater Terrasse. Unentgeltliche Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor der Haustüre, auf Anfrage könnt Ihr auch gegen Gebühr Euer Elektroauto bei uns laden (11 V) während Ihr Euch im Tinyhouse erholt. Das Häuschen liegt zentral zwischen Dingolfing (20 km), Straubing (22 km) und dem neuen BMW Werk in Strasskirchen-Irlbach (11 km).
