Aslı Hanım'ın evi oldukça güzel dekore edilmiş ve şık duruyor. Tüm odalarda klima mevcut ve tüm mobilyalar ve eşyalar yeni gibiydi. Ev araçla Lefkoşa merkezine oldukça yakın konumdaydı. Ev zemin kattaydı. Camlar biraz ince olduğundan dışarıdan biraz ses gelse de bölge genellikle sessiz olduğundan çok sorun yaşamadık. Oldukça memnun kaldık. Aslı Hanım'a misafirperverliği için teşekkür ederim.

Place was lovely,exactly as pictured. Good location, supermarket straight across the road and close to all shops/restaurants,all within 5 min walk. Had all equipment you would need for your stay ie hairdryer,iron, washing machine,kettle coffee machine etc Great place to go and enjoy a nice relaxing holiday or busy if you want to make it,plenty to do in area. Will defo be back in future

Nibel is a great host who always gladly helps and recommends anything. Her house is beautiful, clean, and very spacious, we immediately fell in love with it here! Every day we had fresh, huge, and juicy lemons from the garden, as well as other fruits. The surroundings of the house are very quiet and peaceful, with a view directly to the fascinating ghost town - Varosha which is just across the road. Also there are very friendly and kind neighbours! 😊 Definitely recommend this place!

Mr. Stavros was very friendly, very helpful and responded to all my calls immediately. The house was very clean, in a very good location.

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this place! The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. Our host truly went above and beyond- not only did they help us navigate some local challenges with our dietary restrictions, but they also provided thoughtful extras for our young baby, which made a big difference. The location was ideal, with a large supermarket and several smaller ones nearby, making shopping super convenient. It’s also a 25 minute walk to the border. We especially loved the lemon tree in the garden- fresh lemons for homemade lemonade were such a treat! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a dishwasher, large fridge freezer, and a washing machine in the place too. Both bedrooms had air conditioning, which kept us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, the host was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful -we truly felt cared for. We recommend this place.

A lovely villa in the perfect location. Great pool area. 2 Mins to walk to the beach and then able to access coastal path that takes you to Protaras and Paralimni. Lots of local restaurants and shops…. But so close to Protaras! We had a fab time. There were only two of us but nice and spacious for families :-) Marios was very helpful and responsive when needed ! Thank you

Vila Santa Firenze in Ayia Thekla is een heel compleet vakantieverblijf! Met een lekker zwembad, zitjes voor en achter het huis en een redelijk ruime woning is het er prima om te verblijven. Bij aankomst werden we verrast door een meer dan volle mand met allerlei etenswaren, ook een gevulde koelkast en meer dan genoeg andere spullen om niet meteen naar een supermarkt te moeten voor het eten de eerste dag(en)! De woning is helemaal voorzien van alle benodigdheden om te koken, te wassen en te verblijven! De ligging van het huis is in een rustige buurt, binnen 5 minuten sta je aan het strand en met de auto is de locale supermarkt ook in een paar minuten bereikt (te voet ongeveer 25 minuten wandelen). Een auto is raadzaam om het eiland te verkennen, het openbaar vervoer stopt overigens ook vlak bij het huis. Svetlana reageert bijzonder snel op gestuurde berichten, helaas hebben we haar niet persoonlijk gezien om haar te bedanken. Een perfecte aanrader voor een heerlijke vakantie!

Şimdiye kadar kaldığım en iyi evlerden biriydi. Konumu, sessizliği, mimarisi ve evin sunduğu olanaklar gerçekten harikaydı. Ev sahibine neredeyse 7/24 ulaşabiliyorsunuz, bu da büyük bir avantaj. Biz eve girdiğimizde her yer tertemiz pırıl pırıldi. odalar çok düzenli ve temizdi. Çocuklar için havuz keyfi bambaşkaydı. Akşam mangal ve gün batımı harika. Şarafi’s apartment is the best place to stay in Famagusta. Şarafi is an attentive host who helped us with queries and ensured we were happy with the apartment when we checked in. The apartment was very clean with great ac, lots of outlets and lots of cupboard space. The bathroom is lovely. The kitchen is also great and has everything you need. We would happily stay here again

The views from this villa are absolutely stunning! If you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful mountain retreat with a big, clean pool then this is a perfect spot. Sunsets and sunrises can be seen from the porches and the property is surrounded by beauty. The gardens are also well kept and beautiful! We ate most meals on the front porch to enjoy the view. The house is very spacious and perfect for a large group. The beds are large (which is usually hard to find) and the living room has lots of comfortable seating and a large dining area. Our host was very kind, responsive, and attentive to our needs! He takes good care of his property and is always available to help when needed. He sent us lots of good local recommendations. The house is also close to Turtle beach, and only 9 minutes from restaurants and grocery stores. I definitely recommend this house as a perfect vacation spot for families!

Firstly, the friendliness of everybody we met in Cyprus was noticeable. Everyone went above and beyond and as a tourist abroad you really felt appreciated and that they wanted to share their beautiful country with you. The apartment complex has multiple buildings and we felt safe and comfortable all the time we were there. 3 pools to choose from and all nice and no running for sunbeds! Water was quite cold in April for our children but they were old enough to lay in the sun or play cards etc. Hot summer weather the water would be a relief no doubt. A short walk to pubs and restaurants and the food is at times incredible. Fresh and full of flavour. Great coffee shop close by when you need that extra kick too. You can get a bus (102) a short walk away that will take you through Penera and on to Protaras which has loads of choice of bars and restaurants and is livelier in the evenings, really cheap on the OSEA bus too. Bolt taxi service also runs locally from the app too.

We had a fantastic stay at Lenos’s place! The villa has a truly authentic feel that made the experience special and relaxing. The pool is absolutely amazing, and the bathtub was a great bonus for winding down. Lenos himself was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The location is perfect: close enough to the center of Ayia Napa to enjoy everything easily, yet tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and private. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a mix of charm, comfort, and convenience.

Tolles Apartment im sechsten Stock. Super schöner Blick auf das Meer, zwei Balkone, man konnte immer auch schattig sitzen. Gute Ausstattung, alles top!

Ev sahibinin ilk günden beri iletişim ve yönlendirmeleri çok iyiydi. Ev ve imkanlar beklediğimizden daha iyiydi. Ev düzenli tertemizdi. Havuz ve aqua park muhteşemdi.

Eşimle beraber çok güzel bir yerde konakladık. Evde ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Klima olmazsa olmazıydı çok rahat bir tatil geçirdik. Buluç beyin iletişimi çok iyiydi evin konumu, düzeni her şeyin olması bizi çok mutlu etti. Umarım bir sonraki tatillerimizde de görüşürüz 🙏☺️

Konaklamamızdan son derece memnun kaldık. Ev sahibi çok ilgiliydi; rezervasyon öncesinden çıkış anına kadar her sorumuza çok hızlı ve açıklayıcı şekilde yanıt verdi. Kendimizi gerçekten güvende ve iyi ağırlanmış hissettik. Ev, fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibi çok temiz, bakımlı ve rahattı. Konumu harikaydı, denize yürüyerek yaklaşık 10 dakikada ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Aynı zamanda site içinde yer alması büyük bir avantaj sağladı; evin hemen yakınlarında üç farklı yüzme havuzu, iki farklı spor salonu, restoran, süpermarket, cafe, fırın, kasap, casino, hatta lunapark bile vardı. Evde ihtiyacımız olabilecek her şey mevcuttu: mutfak ekipmanları, temiz havlular, nevresimler, şampuan, duş jeli, sabun, hatta küçük ama düşünülmüş detaylar bile vardı. Bu da konaklamayı çok daha konforlu hale getirdi. Kısacası, huzurlu ve keyifli bir tatil geçirmemize katkıda bulunan her şey mevcuttu. Ev sahibine tekrar teşekkür ederiz. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim!

Küçük ama çok tatlı bir tatildi. Havuz ve kaydırak çok keyifliydi, bol bol eğlendik ve güzel anılar biriktirdik. Her şey için teşekkürler!

Konakladığımız evde konumuda çok iyiydi ancak banyolarda ciddi anlamda bir hijyen problemi vardı temizlik talep ettim ancak temizlendiği halde çok sağlıksızdı en azından bu tür durumlar için banyolarda çamaşır suyu gibi malzemeler bulundurulmalı
