We were very pleased with the place and the host. Everything was clean and beautiful, the apartment is equipped with everything you need. The view of the sea was a great experience every morning. The location is great, by car you need 5 min to the beach and on foot you can walk the whole street, on every corner there are great restaurants, cafes and much more. Onsel is a very accommodating and kind host. He was always available and very helpful. He also gave us great local tips. We felt totally comfortable and would definitely come back.

The apartment was lovely and in a great location with an on-site bar/restaurant. The pool was fantastic and was quiet and relaxing. Can’t fault the hosts. Always responsive and provided clear instructions on arrival. You do need a car to get around but that’s the same anywhere you stay in the North. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay here with our family. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The complex is modern, quiet and very well-maintained. The beach is just a 1–2 minute walk away and absolutely beautiful. The host was extremely kind and helpful — we always received quick and friendly support. We felt very welcome and would love to come back for another stay!

Many thanks to Sergei for his help, you could always consult and hear a hint where to go, what to see, where to eat. Very pleasant interlocutor. The apartment is very cozy, well and tastefully furnished, everything you need could be found in the cabinets. 17 days of vacation flew by quickly, Sergei periodically asked if everything was okay with me, suggested, told me. From the moment we entered the house, it felt tremendously good. The location of the house was in a perfect place in the site, we had a view of everywhere from the balcony. The items in the house were more than sufficient, especially the toaster, built-in set and oven, pots and pans and other needs in the kitchen were more than sufficient. + Excellent beautiful location ( away from it all ), very peaceful . Very good apartment complex , nice spa and restaurant . Very good and clean apartment. - photos don’t match real apartment at all becouse according to their rules apartment will be the Same category and size but no exactly the same . We got completely different apartment and much smaller , landlord refused to change it and only after airbnb team help the apartment was changed to the one we choose.

We spent 2,5 weeks in the Maya’s apartment. It’s lovely home-away from home place. Excellent location close to Malama beach and Kapparis restaurants. Apartment is on the second floor with direct view from balcony on community pool. There is elevator for 4 persons. Kitchen has everything you need for long stay and it’s new. Living room is connected to the kitchen and has exit to the balcony. There is table and 4 chairs there snd we had nice dinners “under the stars”. Every room is equipped with new AC, all works. This place is excellent for families with kids, our little one had lots of fun there - pool any time or beach close by. Malama beach is closest and best for kids among all near by. It’s long walk shallow with well warmed crystal clear water. Take your snorkeling set and you can enjoy some fish watching. Building has free parking but you can manage there even without car. “Metro” is very close by walk. The only thing are “blackout” curtains - they are not that lightproof.

Great host and place to stay. Just a 3-4 minutes walk from Nissi beach and nearest restaurants, bakeries and markets.

We felt very comfortable in Sophia's apartment. It is furnished with attention to detail and is as shown in the photos. Our highlight was the great outdoor area. The apartment has a great connection to the highway. We were able to see a lot of Cyprus. There is a very good bakery nearby as well as a supermarket, which you can reach on foot. Sophia can be reached at any time and helps very quickly with all concerns and inquiries. We had a great time and send Sophia our warmest regards Tobias and Nicole

Şarafi’s apartment is the best place to stay in Famagusta. Şarafi is an attentive host who helped us with queries and ensured we were happy with the apartment when we checked in. The apartment was very clean with great ac, lots of outlets and lots of cupboard space. The bathroom is lovely. The kitchen is also great and has everything you need. We would happily stay here again

We had a wonderful time at Maria’s accommodation. We stayed with three small children, and everything was provided to make us feel at home. The kids loved the pool, which is very close by. Maria was very kind and did everything to ensure we had a great holiday.

Overall we had a lovely stay at the apartment. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool area and the quiet location, would definitely recommend hiring a car if you stay here. Some of the things that were listed as available in the apartment were not. Make sure to bring your own pool towels as these are not included. Also there were a few basic things missing from bathroom and kitchen such as shower gel, shampoo and salt.
