Family-friendly vacation rentals in Ötüken

We spent 2,5 weeks in the Maya’s apartment. It’s lovely home-away from home place. Excellent location close to Malama beach and Kapparis restaurants. Apartment is on the second floor with direct view from balcony on community pool. There is elevator for 4 persons. Kitchen has everything you need for long stay and it’s new. Living room is connected to the kitchen and has exit to the balcony. There is table and 4 chairs there snd we had nice dinners “under the stars”. Every room is equipped with new AC, all works. This place is excellent for families with kids, our little one had lots of fun there - pool any time or beach close by. Malama beach is closest and best for kids among all near by. It’s long walk shallow with well warmed crystal clear water. Take your snorkeling set and you can enjoy some fish watching. Building has free parking but you can manage there even without car. “Metro” is very close by walk. The only thing are “blackout” curtains - they are not that lightproof.

We had a wonderful time at Maria’s accommodation. We stayed with three small children, and everything was provided to make us feel at home. The kids loved the pool, which is very close by. Maria was very kind and did everything to ensure we had a great holiday.

Enjoyed a week staying at Jarmilas apartment. It’s a lovely resort with lots of free activities if you want to keep busy. Always possible to get a sun lounger at the beach or pool. Lovely spa with plenty of treatments available and a fair price. Great restaurant although we felt it was a little expensive when comparing it to other meals we had elsewhere over the week. Definitely rent a car if you like to get out of the resort and explore North Cyprus as there are many special places to see. Appreciated the option of a late checkout and fantastic communication from Jarmila. Thank you ☺️

Great apartment: with all the necessary equipment to cook, good bedding, wifi.... and impeccable!!!!! Youri is a friendly host, available. He makes sure the stay goes smoothly. The apartment is located in a complex comprising 4 swimming pools, sauna, jaccuzi, play areas for children, gym.... and 5 minutes from the beach (which is pleasant) and 15-20 minutes from Famagusta (for a cultural visit)We had a great family holiday. Don't hesitate and come to Youri's!!!!! Thank you very much Youri and looking forward to returning home.

Wow what an amazing find! We loved our stay in the Villa. Ideally located a 5 mins walk from the sea/promenade and easily able to walk to both Protaras and Pernera. Demetris was a fantastic host, very accommodating and communicative. The villa is well thought out and comes with everything needed. We loved the shaded areas and being able to relax by the pool. Would definitely recommend and would love to visit again.

We had a pleasant stay! Communication with the host was easy and clear, which made everything smooth from start to finish. The flat is in a quiet area, ideal for getting a good night’s rest, and it looks exactly like it does in the photos. While it could have been more thoroughly cleaned, the overall comfort and accurate listing made for an enjoyable stay. Thanks again for having us!

Very nice villa, well-equipped and comfortable, close to a large, very pleasant beach and Protaras life (restaurant and entertainment) but still quiet. The photos are not quite right for the exteriors but all the villas look alike. No surprises. A great place.

This is a good stay and would definitely recommend to others, it is spacious and very enjoyable to stay in for a bigger group. The backyard is also incredibly spacious and the location is great. A couple quick notes: the power went out twice and so just know that it is easy to overload the system and is a quick switch flip to fix. Additionally, the location provided is not accurate and we walked .5 miles to the actual location, but the host was incredibly friendly and very helpful throughout the small mishaps.

We had a fantastic stay at Lenos’s place! The villa has a truly authentic feel that made the experience special and relaxing. The pool is absolutely amazing, and the bathtub was a great bonus for winding down. Lenos himself was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The location is perfect: close enough to the center of Ayia Napa to enjoy everything easily, yet tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and private. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a mix of charm, comfort, and convenience.

We went as 3 families with 2 children. The rooms were clean and sufficient. Since it is in Kaleiçi, many places could be reached on foot. The host was very helpful. Key access was easy, we had no problems at check-in or check-out. If we go again, this is the first place we'll evaluate.

Lovely apartment, large balcony with a cracking view. Broken kettle was sorted quickly by Maria. Could do with a few more bits of kit in the kitchen and the neighbours were a bit noisy while having a late night domestic. Otherwise all good 👍

Located in a very nice, quiet, calm, sincere and warm compound, the apartment is within walking distance of the pool and the beach. It is a great option for families with and without children, I would highly recommend it.

If you are looking for a villa to rent in Cyprus - congratulations! You found it! Don't search anymore, just book this villa and you will thank to me. Villa is amazing, all house, beds, pool and etc. As well, Zoe will answer you within 5minutes to all your question, I've never met better host than Zoe!

Sergei is a great host. Very nice complex for families. The sea is very close. There is also a bus. I recommend it to everyone. We will be back.

Everything has already been said in the previous comments: Frédéric's villa is simply a little paradise in Cyprus! Ideally located, well equipped, quiet, offering a magnificent view of the sea and the last mountain. The house has lots of charm and the place is perfect for recharging and enjoying the surrounding nature. The small village of Esentepe is also very charming with a few shops and restaurants nearby. Thank you to Frédéric for being a great host, very responsive and very attentive. We will return with great pleasure to Villa Doluca because it feels good:-)

Such a beautiful home, the villa had everything we could have needed. Absolutely stunning, even nicer than the photos in person. Waking up here every morning was brilliant. Peaceful setting the villa is very looked after, has a lot of character and thoughtful decor. Could recommend it more. Its situated walking distance to the beach, to the supermarket and a restaurant. We enjoyed at day at the waterpark which was brilliant. I would recommend a hire car when staying here just to allow you to visit some of the beaches and restaurants further along the coast.

Was amazing and exceeded expectations! The house is equipped at a high level, the pool is stunning and very well maintained,every day a pool man came to take care of, the villa looks exactly as pictured, and the most special part is the beach, the entrance to the water right in front of the garden, a simply beautiful beach!!!!! We enjoyed every moment thank you so much!
