You will feel at home here and enjoy a place entirely at your disposal, complete with a garden and terrace. And at the end of the street, the Bois de Lauzelle will welcome you for nice walks or a little jog.

The house is on a quiet street both next to fields and shops.

Nice and quiet atmosphere, perfect for working or resting. In the countryside and very close to Brussels’ Grand Place (20 km), Louvain-La-Neuve (15km) or Waterloo (6 km). Just a few minutes drive away from Genval Station.

Our apartment is on the second floor of our house, situated in a calm neighborhood, built in the twenties of last century. It is a large space with a separate bathroom and and sleeping room. The living room with sofa and desk is on the south side of the studio, from where you can see the gardens behind the houses. The whole space is open and light.
