The cottage has the nicest cobblestone courtyard with sun loungers, lounge furniture, dining area and barbecue. From the courtyard there is a walkway to the beach.

Broholm is situated in a natural area at Odense Fjord, 4 meter to the waterfront, within walking distance to bird sanctuary and only 300 meters from Otterup Marina.
