Few minutes from the centre, Lichtentaler Allee and the casino. Other attractions (thermal baths and Festspielhaus) are within walking distance, by car only a few minutes. Per guest and overnight stay 4,50 € guest tax has to be paid in cash.

This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek.
