We offer our tiny house, attached to the main house. It has a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a sleeping alcove that can be reached via a ladder and a great view of horses, dogs and an aviary of chickens. The cottage is in the south of Speyer in a COMMERCIAL AREA and can be rented from a minimum of 2 nights are booked. Close to the riverside forest and only 5 minutes by car or 20-30 minutes by foot from the cathedral and the city center. There is a bus stop nearby. Wi-Fi is available, but very, very bad.

Our beautiful, spacious 3-room apartment is located in a quiet residential area with a village character. Within walking distance 15 minutes from the Rhine, the local recreation area "Blaue Adria" is about 2 km away and ideally accessible by bicycle. Directly along the Rhine are beautiful bike paths towards Speyer or Ludwigshafen and a ferry runs every 15 minutes to Mannheim (Mon-Sun 5:30 am - 10:00 pm). Approximately 300 meters away are a supermarket, bakery with café and an ice cream café.

Who ? can already walk from your bedroom over a sandy beach to a private lake? For 2 people a hide-away with a great luxury. Bright bright living room with lake view and terrace, as well as covered sun terrace - modern kitchen - a shower room and a second bathroom with double bathtub, Air conditioning and very large TV screen, cozy giant couch to laze on. Everything barely 4 km away from Speyer directly at a nature reserve. Geese and swans come to visit morens.

Elisabeth and Gerald are very warm people who welcomed me kindly. The room was large and bright overlooking the garden. A private, cute bathroom was still a bonus. Everything was thought of. Coffee, tea, water were all lovingly prepared and a fridge was also there. And the bed was great too. I was even allowed to practice some bass and got good tips for the area. I'd love to come back and stay with you. Best wishes from Kassel Bea

Everything as expected. Even a little better. Speyer is also a beautiful city and really worth a trip. Everything was impeccable and hassle-free and we also felt right at home with Anna. Highly recommended!

We stayed with Ronny for two nights with our dog! The tiny house leaves nothing to be desired! It is completely fenced so the dog could run free. 200m away is a small bay on the water to relax! We will definitely be back! Ronny is a very accommodating and warm host. He gave us great recommendations.

I really enjoyed the stay in Speyer in the beautifully located and super beautifully furnished apartment with living room/kitchen, extra bedroom and extra bathroom and underneath a very very stylish great café and immediately felt at home… everything there from coffee to tea, large refrigerator… large TV… nice dishes etc. Very stylish and lovingly furnished! Very nice and prompt communication! I'll be back!
