The separate apartment consists of a bedroom, a living and dining area (two-seater, TV, seating area) as well as a private small shower room with toilet and a beautiful garden with seating area. Exam preparations are possible without any problems, as it is very quiet with us. Training centers are nearby: occupational therapy, hearing aid acousticians about 5 minutes., University 15 minutes, Exhibition grounds about 7 minutes.

Rhodt is one of the most beautiful wine villages on the Southern Wine Route. Except for the church bells, it is very quiet. Theresienstraße is within a 2-minute walk. In the village, there are several restaurants, two cafes, an ice cream shop. You can have a nice breakfast here.
