In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.

The 60 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a semi-detached house and is located in a quiet cul-de-sac about 900 m from the sea. The garden with terrace invites you to play and barbecue in the evening. The cozily furnished apartment has its own realm for the little pirates, which can be reached via the *pirate ladder*. Das Ferienhaus liegt am Rande einer bewaldeten privaten Wochenendsiedlung. Es ist großzügig geschnitten, hell, modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Paradiesisch ist es dort zu jeder Jahreszeit & perfekt für eine kurze oder längere Auszeit in der Idylle! Für die Sommermonate gibt es ein hauseigenes Standup-Paddling Board (SUP).
