Bijzonder smaakvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. De omgeving is magisch: midden in het bos, op een perceel van 4ha, tussen de reen, wild zwijnen, eekhoorns en een groot aantal vogels. The cottage is on a small-scale green park, where you can go with your dog. In fact, it was Pentecost weekend and I've never seen so many dogs. All on a leash and only friendly dogs. With a few minutes walk you are in the forest, where - in some places - the dog can also go off the leash. There is also a communal swimming pool that you can use. The cottage is comfortable, the bed is good and also in a nice place where you have no view. Communication with the hostess, Jacq , is perfect. She responds immediately to any question. Thank you for the nice days.

The apartment is very cute and cozy. A mix of oriental flair and modern kitchen and modern bathroom of the latest standard. All this in a very old beautiful house. You have your own entrance. The cottage is located in a small street, which is very cozy and beautiful. Flowers bloom everywhere, cats bask in the sun, the neighbors are in a good mood and greet you in a friendly manner. It is very quiet, although you live in the immediate vicinity of the market square, many restaurants, cafes and attractions. There are plenty of parking spaces for bicycles. We parked our car in the parking garage at the train station for 4 days at a low price. The train station is very close, as is the Ijssel. So nothing was left to be desired. Mirjam is a very warm host. So we were very happy with the choice of our accommodation.

Mandy was such an accomodating host and was very responsive to our communication. We really enjoyed our stay at her quaint abode which was promixal to everything you will need (Grocery, Bars, Restaurants, Bike Hire etc). It was fully equipped for our nearly week long stay and Mandy had really nice recommendations for places we might require. Definitely would recommend staying at Mandy’s and looking forward to staying again when I’m next in town.

Our host was consistently likeable, incredibly patient and always helpful. Whether it was tips for the area, small concerns or spontaneous questions – he always had an open ear and a solution ready. His competence and serenity really made our stay special. Thanks to him, we were able to fully enjoy our time in Reckum. We can only highly recommend the accommodation and especially the host – we will be happy to come back!

We lacked nothing in the accommodation, especially not beautiful toys for our youngest fellow travelers, who were also very happy about the two cuddly toys in the crib.
