I offer you a beautiful and recently renewed apartment on two floors with a living room, a new kitchen, dining area, sofa and a 4K Smart TV. On the upper floor, you find two separate bedrooms and a balcony. Downstairs you find a huge bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. The apartment is equipped with an air condition for hot days as well as heated floors when it gets cold outside! I am very happy with staying with LOu, always happy to come back. I stayed there for 8 nights and have been more than at peace. Supermarkets were nearby (Penny, Bipa, Billa and Lidl) , public transport was almost right outside the door. It is a very quiet area, no unnecessary noise or anything else. The stay was a 10/10!!

I booked this for my daughter and this is her review: “ I had a wonderful time in Vienna and part of the reason is Barbara, a most excellent host and wonderful person. She is considerate, helpful, kind, and always available. Her place is peaceful, quiet, restful, warm, clean and cozy. I had everything I needed for my monthly stay! It is very central, ( the beautiful 6th district!) and I could walk to all my favorite places. Transportation is very close by. The neighborhood is safe and pleasant. Very easy to get to from the airport by bus! Sad to leave…looking forward to being back. Thank you Barbara!

Super happy with my stay here, super clean and tidy accommodation. Well connected both by public transportation and on foot, you could easily reach different points of interest. Katalin promptly responded whenever we needed her to. When we return to Vienna we will definitely return here to Katalin's!

We spent a weekend in Kathrin's place for the second time this year because we liked it so much:) The cottage is totally cozy and in terms of furnishings, everything you need is there. The hot tub and sauna are a big plus! Communication with Kathrin was flawless and we were allowed to stay a little longer on request.

One of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed: the house is spectacular and a great place to rest and unwind. The lake and the forests nearby as well as the large meadow surrounding the house make it feel like you are alone in nature, yet you have all the luxury of the house including the jacuzzi and the sauna. We also had a dog with us and for her it was really a paradise- great place to run around and explore. Marco is also a very friendly and easygoing host. Thank you and we hope to be back again!

This home fulfilled our Christmas holiday expectations. The home is full of character and we really appreciate the history. What an experience for our children to stay in a home that is older than our country. The kitchen is well stocked, out in the quiet country about an hour west from Vienna. The hosts were warm, friendly and responsive. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Carolin has a wonderful apartment, we spent Christmas 2018 there and it was great to be able to make ourselves a home cooked meal for Christmas. The apartment is very close to a metro station which is very convenient. Carolin was an excellent host and gave us wonderful recommendations for coffee houses and restaurants to try (NENI was amazing, thank you Carolin)!

Everything was fine. The host responds quickly to messages and is helpful. The area is quiet, clean and safe. Great connection to the city train and other means of transport (you could even walk to various attractions). The apartment is large - great for larger groups. Clean, everything was available (tasty coffee! ;)) I recommend!
