This location was perfect for parking a boat! Driveway is flat and long and easy access to plug in!

Wonderful place to stay on Kelleys Island!! Perfect for a family with a young child. Able to have a great base of operations on the island in a good location and plenty of parking. Nice front porch and back sitting area. Fire pit was lovely! Very very clean and well appointed house with lots of little extras and nice touches. Would 100% want to stay here again :-) Thank you!

Had a fun stay! Patio is very nice. very close to main street in port Clinton and the ferry over to putin bay!

House was beautiful and came with 6 person golf cart. Great area of the island close to everything but yet house was in a quiet street only 1 neighbor down the road. We had the best weekend there!! House newly built all updated its the perfect place to stay. Definitely recommend and planning to go again!!

The house was just as pictured. Nice, clean and plenty of room for five of us and our dog. It’s a good location close to every thing we wanted to do and great restaurants in the area. The host was quick to respond to my questions even though I probably could have answered them myself if I would have looked around.

We went for a week long bass fishing trip. We know Lake Erie very well but this is the 1st time we stayed as a group for a whole week. Every one of our 6 member group commented several times what a wonderful location and great house and property it was. We are definitely looking to stay again. Heidi was a great host. Jennifer was a very accommodating and responsive host. Her place was exactly as described, and we had a great week of fishing! I highly recommend her to anyone looking to stay in the area, especially if they're looking to fish Lake Erie.

Can’t complain! This unit was perfect for my family! We were on the island for the Sports Car Races and had a blast! The ease of renting a golf cart was also so great! The sunrises and the moon viewing is incredible.

Terry's home was perfect for our family and pets. Comfortable, clean, and stocked with all of the amenities we needed. Terry was super helpful and even sent some helpful info a few days prior to our arrival. He lives close by, and is readily available for any issues (we had none). We look forward to our stay next summer!

Great home and decor. Clean and comfortable. Location wonderful. We were off season so not a lot open, but there was plenty to do. We took the ferrie over to Put-in-Bay and had lunch at the winery along the way on Catawba Island - so nice! PIB was adorable but again off season - we missed by a week. But JJs was good food as well. Worth the stay!

My Best friend, of 30 years, and I live 1/2 way across the country from each other. So once a year we have a girls weekend 1/2 way towards each other, which happens to be somewhere in Ohio. This time we visited Oak Harbor and stayed in Muddy Water Properties. What an idyllic setting. the birds and wildlife that came up to the 4 seasons room in the quiet of the morning was so stress relieving. We had a wonderful time catching up, laughing, crying and observing the view. Thank you for a wonderful reunion from Iowa and Virginia

Our second stay and we plan to return! Quick access to Port Clinton. We went to Marblehead and East Harbor State Park. The kids enjoyed finding frogs and a turtle on site. Great place for a family to take a break from screens and spend time together. Thank you!

Sarah is very easy to work with and she was able to be flexible with how many days we could book, we very much appreciated that and how easy she made everything. The space is well kept and cozy, we love staying there!! Very highly recommended, definitely stay if you get a chance. :-)

This was a wonderful get away spot for my husband and I and our four legged furry companion. It's always delightful when homes of this quality welcome dogs. Other reviews mention the front room, with bright white wicker furniture, full AC/HEAT and expansive windows as the highlight of this house. The feel, view, sound and light of this room mimics being "ON THE LAKE" without actually being in a boat. We brought yoga mats, books, and enjoyed watching the weather change from sunny summer to blustery windy fall in the matter of two days. We went on two very enjoyable 5 mile hikes at Magee Marsh and Metzger Marsh catching glimpses of many bald eagles and marsh birds. The neighbors were friendly and this time of the year it was quiet, peaceful & grounding. We walked the length of the beach often and were grounded by a short visit to 'life on that lake". Fresh orchard peaches @ Moore's Orchard ! Icecream @ Barnside Creamery! Port Clinton Jolly Rodgers!.. not much decent dining super close.

The host was great and so was the home. We had a great stay for my sister’s bachelorette weekend! Cute home in a great area!

We stayed in Elina’s place for a fishing tournament in Port Clinton. Plenty of room to park the boat in the driveway, exterior outlets to run a cord to the boat, kitchen had everything to cook. Was a perfect setup for fishing on Lake Erie. Close to restaurants, grocery store, and fuel. We will be back!

Beautiful welcoming home! Immediately upon entering, we felt comfortable. We loved the deck and fire pit areas. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable. The playground nearby was an added bonus.

We initially had problems with the door code, but Cheryl immediately solved the issue. We didn't ask for a refund but Cheryl went the extra mile and refunded one night's stay. Cheryl gave us a Cafe recommendation and made sure we had a peaceful, enjoyable stay. We had a small issue with our dog breaking a lamp while we were there and Cheryl was very understanding. We agreed upon a price for the lamp and the matter was resolved with no fuss. I would highly recommend Cheryl as a host.

I was at Lakeside off-season for a wedding with my adult son, and Sarah’s place was perfect for us! It is a cute cottage, with multiple sitting areas, a wonderful front porch, great back patio, clean well stocked kitchen, cozy living areas, comfortable beds, washer dryer etc. This is a good cottage for a small family. The stairs are a bit tricky (small treads at top) but when you’re at Lakeside you spend most of your time downstairs and outside, so not too big a deal. The upstairs bathroom is small, with the sink in the hall, but fine for most families. The downstairs bathroom is large and roomy. The location of this cottage is great, easy walking to town, lake or pool. It is charming and comfortable.

Took my 2 sons on a fishing trip for the weekend. We brought the boat. It’s nice to have a dock right across from us. House is small but it was just what we needed! Thanks Richard, for all the advice on where to fish!!!
