The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. Air Conditioning, wifi and heating.

The apartment is located in the center of the historic fishing village, right by the sea. From the living room and balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful sea view. The kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, and cooktop. There is a bathroom with shower and washing machine, one bedroom, and a living room with a new double bed (180x200) replacing the sofa bed shown in the photos. TV with SAT and Netflix, and a private parking space are also available.

The rooms were built inside the recently restored Roncade Castle Tower. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included. The Castle is located in a quiet country village 15 minutes from Treviso and 30 minutes from Venice, 30 km from the beaches and served by public transport. Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.
