Vacation rentals with lake access in Ottauquechee River

Exceptional experience! This is one of the relaxing place I have ever been! Large windows give you sense of experience living in nature. The stunning view gives you awesome feeling in any weather conditions.The house is nice, clean and equipped with pretty much everything. They have all the utensils for cooking and lots of toys for kids both indoor and outdoor. They also have paddles boat and kayak to use at anytime ! In addition, Brian is very respectful, responsible and quick to respond for any questions. All together Feel like you live in your own house. Great vacation spot without any doubt.

We had an amazing stay at Bjorn's beautiful home where it was as picture-perfect as advertised! It is a gorgeous and modern home that was clean, well-stocked, and uniquely designed in such stunning surroundings (even in the rainy weather!). We cannot recommend Bjorn's home enough and are so appreciative of his accommodations in helping us celebrate our Middlebury grad!

We really enjoyed our stay at Christopher’s place. It is clean, spacious, and the views are stunning, just a short walk to Dewey beach and Sunapee town. Highly recommend! Perhaps the only (minor) downside was that the place was short on household supplies and there were no grocery stores within a walking distance.

Despite some snow and a power outage, our family had a nice, relaxing Thanksgiving holiday at this property. The gas fireplace was a blessing and helped us stay warm during the outage. The house was well-equipped and had all amenities as advertised. Merrill was a great host!

We would absolutely stay here again. This host was a great host- very responsive and available to answer questions. The accommodations is awsome & included everything we needed. The exterior entrance was a nice plus, and the little sitting area with a view of the open field a delight. As a plus Quiet but within easy walking distance to everything We wanted to see! This place is amazing- absolutely what I expected based on the photos.This little house had everything I needed and even a view of the birds from the porch! Comfortable bed and very, very helpful hosts!Simply 5 stars ........

The Grafton house was perfect for our multi-family with the big space, bedrooms, and bathrooms. We loved the living room area where we could all sit together for family games. The property and house are beautiful and the perfect Vermont vibes. As a skiing family, we liked the location between our favorite ski resorts. Raphael was a wonderful host in providing instructions before our arrival and helpful advice. We really enjoyed our stay at the Gafton house.

Beautiful house to stay

The house is fantastic and I highly recommend it to anyone who’s planning a trip to the area. Austin’s place is very stylish, comfortable and has everything that’ll make your stay an enjoying experience. You’ll find nice touches and well-thought details throughout the house the moment you step in. Location is also amazing to have a safe and peaceful stay with beautiful surroundings while being close to all nearby actions. We had a great ski trip overall and already planning to be back.

Amazing view, great and comfy Airbnb. The hot tub is such a nice plus with the incredible view over the mountains. It was so well equipped we had most of our meals in the Airbnb because the kitchen was so functional. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

Nancy is a responsive host who provides clear instructions and offers local recommendations. The apartment we stayed in worked perfectly for our ski weekend at mount snow with 2 teens. Plenty of room and amenities within to foster a fun and relaxed family weekend. The maple syrup for purchase was a delicious touch. Would definitely stay again if we returned to the area.

A very comfortable abode. Would recommend. Was concerned about our uke music and voices disturbing residents above us. Especially liked the nearby rail trail for walking and biking.

The place was a wonderful place for a weekend getaway with my son and fiancé. The place was spotless, had everything you could imagine when it comes to visiting. I would definitely stay here or any else of their air bnbs!

Loved staying with Sandra and Jason! They are great hosts and did a great job on the Airbnb. We knew there were going to be mosquitoes, but we didn’t know that there were going to be so many, I would advise bringing bug spray. They let us use their kayaks which was an awesome experience. 10/10 would stay again.

This lakeside gem was the setting for one of the most restful and beautiful stays we’ve ever had with Airbnb. I loved sitting every morning on their porch to take in the first bit of morning light, and every suggestion made by our host was better than the last. I’ve visited Vermont several times, but I was blown away by all of the hidden treasure suggested by our host - everything from thrift shops to the best cafes. My two kids had a blast here as well. I would highly recommend for couples, families, or friend groups looking to have fun together.

If you want a private, peaceful, stay ....you found it. Close to so many sights of interest and hiking trails. Grey & Susan are fabulous hosts. They are super kind & friendly. They really care about their guests. Enjoyed seeing their farm animals. Oh, don't miss the Sparkle Barn, a gift shop nearby. This store has a really groovy, fun upstairs that any child would love. Really, if this Airbnb is available, you should snag it while it's available 😁

Wonderful peaceful spot! Flowing River in the back of the house and beautiful lake and mountains in the front across the street. Kayaks & paddleboat available but unfortunately I wasn’t able to use them this time but I will be back! Thanks Doc!

We spent the whole week wishing we lived in this sweet little cottage all the time. Everything about it was lovely, and the place had everything we could need. Lesley was a warm and helpful host. We didn't want to leave! Thank you for the beautiful retreat.

We stayed at Corgi Cottage for the 2nd year in a row and our experience just keeps getting better and better. Jennifer is so friendly and the cottage/area is incredible. We love staying and will be back again in the future!

Absolutely loved my time here. Wish I was still sitting on the deck watching the loons! Beautiful, peaceful location. House has everything we needed, and it was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place, and I hope to stay here again someday.

We came up to Joan's lovely cottage for a peaceful, hiking Christmas vaca and it was absolutely perfect. Joan was a wonderful host, very friendly and generous. We wish Joan was our granny too! Granny camp was comfy, cozy, on a beautiful lake, with lots to do in surroundings areas. Would love to come back in the summer! Thank you!

Really incredible cabin! It’s cute - homey and private! Such cute touches! Sadly it rained and we didn’t get to enjoy the water , but it still had a cute indoor space overlooking the water, great tunes and played games they had! It was a great get away! Don’t cancel because of rain.. it was delightful! Great local eatery too !! Highly recommend Stark Tavern.. Very friendly area! Will be back we enjoyed our time! Thank you for hosting!

This lovely home has everything you could need for a peaceful, relaxing vacation. We enjoyed using the kayaks to explore the lake. Loved hearing the loons calling. The kitchen was the most well-equipped of any airbnb I’ve been to. And it was a plus having a dishwasher and being dog-friendly. The house was super clean and the beds very comfy. Hope to return soon.

We stayed here for 11 nights in June with my parents and my teenage daughter. This was a great place to explore Lake Bomoseen and surrounding Vermont.We brought our own boat, so having the boat slip was nice. We used the ramps over at the Kehoe Access area directly across the lake. There is a steep slope and steps down to the boat slip from the house, but you could easily drive around and meet at the Kehoe area if you have someone that had a hard time with steep slopes. There are also port-a-johns there. The beds were comfortable and there are a large selection of pillows and blankets of different weights. In early June we experienced a range of temps from 50 to 86. Both the heat and air work great. The upstairs master is spacious and our teenager did not mind not having a door in the loft area. The kitchen was spacious enough to move around each other to cook. We did not have reception with t-mobile, but the wi-fi worked great.
