It is a perfect alternative for a hotel stay in Venice. A stone's throw from Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge. Overlooking the Rio di Santa Marina and close to the Church of Miracles. Salicornia Accommodation

La Maison du Flaneur is located in the historic center of Chioggia, near the steamboat to Venice and the islands of the Lagoon. It is located near the bell tower with the oldest medieval clock in the world. And it is only 1 km from the beautiful beach of Sottomarina. The house is located a short walk from the municipal parking lot. On the ground floor, you can find the Hall and the bike storage. The accommodations are equipped with many comforts, including a beautiful upstairs terrace.

Cà Genesia, Studio with bicycles and laundry

Studio apartment in the historic center equipped with every comfort, from laundry to bicycles. The apartment is located on the first floor of a traditional Venetian house from the early 1900s, completely renovated in 2023. Location close to the Duomo, if you arrive by car you will find the Park Saloni at 400 meters (€4 per day) and the Giove car park at 450 meters (€0.50 per hour). Just 1.5km from the beach, also convenient for going with a public or private boat to Pellestrina.

In the heart of the historical town, in a renovated building: 1st floor, well equipped (fibre WLAN), air conditioning, two bedrooms, bright & quiet sidestreet from the main promenade alley, about 500m from buses or boats to Venice (60/90 minutes to St Mark's square and direct bus from/to Venice airport). Garage for rented bikes. The flat is sanitized with OZONE. I own also a big flat (3rd floor) with terrace on highstreet (best for 6, but up to 8 people, 2 bathrooms).

Chioggia is an island in the lagoon where you can experience slow tourism, in fact it is 25 miles from the chaos of Venice!!! The property is located in the historic center - between the old streets (calli) near the canals and the lagoon - near bars, restaurants, bacari and tavernas. 50 meters from public water transport, 1.5 km walk from Sottomarina beach, or 20 min. by public transit to Caroman Island's Natural Oasis beach.
