During the 2026 renovation, only natural elements were used: the bathroom features hard, waterproof Soleto stone; the floors are made of Lecce stone, known as "chianca," a tuff stone with warm hues; the roof and window frames are made of wood; and the walls are whitewashed with natural lime, in true Salento tradition.

The rooms are spacious and have unique ceilings, called "starry," typical of ancient architecture. The internal stairs are steep. Not suitable for those with mobility difficulties and, due to its peculiarities, for groups of children.

Very quiet apartment. Just go down a few steps to find yourself on the free or equipped beach. Nearby are supermarkets (Conad, Dok, Eurospin and others). There are also small restaurants, bars and pizzerias. Perfect for all times of the year.
