Rochelle’s place was absolutely perfect for our needs. The unit is very clean, clutter free and has all the amenities. Our trip was changed a bit so we spent the majority of our time out of Peterborough so wasn’t able to explore the area as much as we wanted. Would happily recommend this unit to one seeking a comfortable, clean, private place. If we come back to the area, I would 100% stay here again. Great location—4 min from The Thermea Spa & walkable to The Belle Notte Italian Restaurant & Pizza Pizza. Netflix included. Very new & clean. Off road parking for only one car. In the basement which got very cold until we figured out the space heater.

It was an amazing cozy and comfortable place to stay at. It was worth the price you pay for it. It was quiet with little to no noise. It had everything you needed and more. It was a pleasure to stay there! Will definitely be coming back. The stay was lovely and the hosts were too. Definite must stay for a little get away!

Excellent accommodations, spacious and well appointed, easy parking. And Roger is an excellent host and very helpful. I screwed up the dates I needed and Roger proactively made arrangements for another night with no complaints. Very helpful and professional. We’re new to the Peterborough area and will definitely look for rebook for any friends or guests we can’t house.

The apartment was a great spot to stay for a quick visit to Peterborough. It was super easy to find, very clean and we loved how easy it was to walk downtown. And Anuhea was super helpful and quick to respond.

This is the second time staying with Marie and I have nothing but good things to say. It was wonderful. Marie is very fast at responding and very helpful. It’s worth the price and a lot cheaper than other places. It’s clean and has everything you would need. Definitely a new spot I would keep coming back to.

This was the perfect spot for us! So nice to see some of the countryside and it was an easy drive to our event. Great place and we hope to stay again when we are in the area!

The home was very spacious and modern. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with the listed amenities.

Having lived in Cobourg we knew the area. The location was very good...close to stores and restaurants but in a quiet, low traffic area. The apartment was well decorated, clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked with basic pans and tools. It snowed while we were there and it was cleared quickly. For part of our stay the other Suite was occupied. We could hear water running from our bathroom but nothing else. We would definitely stay again.

Myself and my partner stayed here for the Easter weekend. Everything was great. The place was spotless and had all what we needed for cooking. The bed was super comfy and had some great sleeps. Loved the trellis and fairy lights in the bedroom. Cozy! The hot tub was just at the back of the property in a barn. This was ideal as our first night turned out to be a big storm so we could stay in the hot tub and watch the storm. Was very cool. Would highly recommend Sebastian's place. It's very affordable and Sebastian is super responsive. Thanks again, Sebastian!!!

Had a great stay at Richard’s place. The space was clean and comfortable, and the hot tub was a perfect way to relax. Check-in was easy, and Richard was a great host, always quick to respond. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable stay. Would definitely come back!

Excellent unit. Very clean and comfortable. Exactly as described. It was an easy drive to Whitby shopping and dining as well as Oshawa. This unit is in the basement of a beautiful home in a quiet subdivision. Danny and Annette were very responsive, even proactive. Will definitely stay again when visiting Whitby/Oshawa.
